There were some issues with my room that were never dealt with. But the front desk person and especially the gentleman at the bar were truly excellent. The room was very nice and the shuttle was perfect. Parking area was great. All in all I will do this again and I will even stay at the Wyndam again. It was a little disappointing about the issues that were not resolved.

Hotel was great. Parking service not so much I discovered 2 parking violations under my windshield wipers after I left and had to return. I submitted my license and auto info ahead of time yet got 2tickets as if I was there illegally. The hotel staff took care of them but it was an unnecessary hassle.

AC did not work but the weather was rather mild so not an issue for us. Only one set of towels when we arrived. phone cords were missing so I had to walk to the front desk to ask questions/make requests Staff was very receptive but hands tied with duties at front desk and no manager or maintenance personnel to handle issues Had a "parking violation" notice on windshield upon return, but front desk said they'd "take care of it"

we had a very unpleasant experience with the wyndham hotel. we parked in their so called secure parking lot and when we returned 10 days later our car was vandalized. they cut our cat, converter from our exhaust system. waited 2 hours for police to show up and they said it happens all the time at this hotel. not what the hotel said!! made a loud and unpleasant ride home. so much for a relaxing vacation. DO NOT STAY HERE.!! also arrived back to airport at midnight no shuttle service after 1030 pm. paid for taxi.

Our room was ready when we got there at 7pm, so that was good. When we got into our room, it was clean, but the king size bed we paid for was not there. We had a queen size bed. When I took my shower, the water was cold. It would get warm and even hot in the sink, but the shower water was cold. Not a good shower experience. The toilet constantly ran after we flushed it the first time. It, along with a too soft bed and way too soft pillows kept both of us awake most of the night. I was disappointed in the hotel. The shuttle experience to and from the airport was good.

Very disappointed in the Wyndham Cleveland at the airport. Service/food at the hotel was terrible. Then when we returned, we called for the shuttle. No one answered the hotel phone for over 10 minutes of repeat calling. Then when I did get through I was told 15 minutes. 30 plus minutes later the shuttle finally arrived. We had to wait out in the cold. Very disappointed!

Hotel was fine, if tired looking, could benefit from a remodel. When we returned from our trip, we found a 'parking violation' notice on our vehicle. It seems the hotel either does not own the parking lot, or is allowing another private business to rent out parking spaces for persons not staying at the hotel, but then fails to notify them of their park/fly/sleep booked customers vehicles being in the lot. While the front desk at the hotel said this happens all the time, and canceled the violation notice, this is kinda ridiculous.

It was a wonderful service! I was able to get in and out of the airport thanks to the shuttle. Everyone there was wonderful. They brought me back right to my vehicle and I was on my way.

Overall, I will probably never bother with the Wyndham hotel again. After booking I did talk to one helpful lady who said she had to manually transfer my reservation from parksleepfly over to the hotel's site. The two stars are for her for being so sweet! After that though, communication and hospitality were both inconsistent. My flight departed 2 hours earlier than their shuttle ran, and arrived home 1 hour later than their shuttle ran. Because of this, the woman at the front desk the night of my stay told me if someone was available, they'd drive me to the hotel and if not, they'd book a taxi for me (although I'd have to pay it). She was super helpful and said upon returning home, to go to a specific spot outside baggage claim and call the hotel to let them know so they could figure out transportation to bring us back to the hotel. The morning we left, they were able to drive me to the airport, but upon arriving home a week later, I called the front desk and the guy said "the shuttle stopped, you're better off to just figure it out on your own." Not helpful after a day of travel. I politely explained the directions that the original receptionist gave me a week earlier, and he simply said, "we're busy right now. And the website is clear that we don't book taxis anymore." So I was left to find my own way back to the airport. Additionally, I made my reservation through Parksleepfly.com which was advertised to include my room and 10 days of parking for $216, and I paid a $34 downpayment through Parksleepfly at the time of booking. Upon arriving at the hotel a couple days later, I was charged $210 as the total price of my room, and an additional $72 for my parking while I was gone. I'm still trying to work things out with the hotel - my card was randomly reimbursed $28 with no call or email explanation. I've called once and talked to front desk who said they'd point it to management, then I followed up twice via email with no response. I've intentionally waited to fill out this review in hopes that they'd correct the mistakes this week, so I could praise their customer service or diligence to make things right. But so far, that hasn't been the case. I'd probably give Parksleepfly a second shot in the future assuming most of the issues were on the hotel's side. But I'd have to ask a lot of questions up front to feel assured. I probably couldn't recommend to others until I have a better experience.

The room never got cool, we put the thermostat down, but it only dropped 1 degree from 78 to 77. I went to call the front the desk and the phone was literally missing most of the buttons, and no button to call the desk. Our flight was at 7am and the shuttle does not start until 6am so we had to spend money on an uber. When checking out I mentioned we had an early flight, just making sure that maybe I had the wrong shuttle start times, the receptionist had zero sympathy, in fact she made me fell very anxious that we were cutting it to close. The shuttle driver walked past us at 540am in the parking lot and pointed out he had another 20 minutes before his shift, not necessary-he could of helped if he wanted to. As is turns out the Uber driver got us there at 601am (did not know how close we were to the airport) and we had no bags to check and we are TSA pre check...worked out well. Our return shuttle trip went well.

Very clean. Nice. Grounds in the back parking area were a mess though. Weeds everywhere. Glass in parking lot.
