Instruction for Airport-to-Hotel Shuttle:
On your arrival at Cleveland Airport please call Nick on 216-203-0298 number as soon as your flight lands (from within the flight) & confirm total no. of passengers & checked-in bags for the ride. Currently we are unable to pick you up from Lower Level (Arrival) due to ongoing road construction work outside the Arrival area. Therefore, collect your luggage and take the elevator situated in the middle of baggage claim area to reach to Door # 6 at Upper Level (Departure). Now call me again to confirm that you have already reached the Door # 6 and wait for me. Please forget not to notify me in advance by call/text if there is any change in your ETA. Please call our G.M. on 647-643-5432 or 216-255-8205 only if you can't contact 216-203-0298 despite repeated (4-5) attempts.

If you are staying at the hotel at the end of your journey you are required to book your ride from the airport to the hotel at least few hours to a day in advance by calling (440) 234-3131.
Your return ride from the airport to the hotel will be taken care by Front Desk by letting you fill-up a PSF form. Please notify Front Desk at the time of check-in or beginning of your journey that you are PSF guest and will require a ride from the Airport to the Hotel on your return.
On your return, please call (not text) Neil on 216-255-8205 as soon as your flight lands at Cleveland Airport & confirm total no. of passengers & checked-in bags for the ride. Please specify if you are carrying any oversized baggage/object. Once you have collected luggage please call Neil again. Exit through Door # 7 (opposite Baggage Claim Conveyer Belt # 11) to "Passenger Pick Up" and wait for him.
