Very pleasant stay. Comfortable room. Noise level within limits.

Nice room, convenient, car was ready for us when we returned!

we were a little disappointed that the shuttle didn't run at the time our plane returned and we had to take uber back to the hotel.

Great stay, beautiful suite and safe place to park.

The only reason that this was not a perfect review is that the shuttle only operates at limited times.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Location was extremely convenient.

The air & heating system was horrible We tried to turn the air down or off because it was freezing in the room. But it kept coming on all night and was very noisy We did not get much sleep

Nice staff but beds from the 1970s

Hotel is a little run down and we could hear some loud neighbors. The REAL ISSUE is there wasn't a hotel shuttle on the return so we paid $59 for an uber back from the airport! The whole reason we booked this hotel over another was because it said it had a shuttle. When we talked to hotel staff they did not offer vouchers or any support for this misrepresentation.

Expected to get a King or 2 Queen beds when we registered; it said standard bed. Instead we’d got a double (full) bed which was difficult for 2 persons to get a good night sleep prior to a cross country trip.

Hotel was nice and clean. Suitable for our needs. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. I have saved this in my Maps as a favorite to stay any time I am travelling out of SFO

The staff is very considerate, helpful, and courteous. The location is such that I had no worries about leaving my car there for an extended period of time.

Courteous employees once you get to talk with them. Was put on hold for 15 minutes, I broke the connection then when I called back was put on hold again for 5 minutes.

What you would expect from an airport suite hotel. Good value for SF area.

Lots of parking and a clean room

hotel room and furnishings are nice, clean, and new. I have stayed at this hotel and parked there for previous trips. However, this trip mite be my last to this location. On my return trip, I was standing at the correct location waiting for the shuttle to appear. A call to the hotel front desk confirmed it would be there within a few minutes. Alas, it was....but it didnt really stop! It came to a rolling stop about 50 feet away from the proper bus shelter where I was standing(there were NO vans, shuttles, buses, people, etc blocking the drivers view or the area that they pull over!) and within a few seconds, it took off as I waved frantically. The shuttle left me standing there holding my baby and wondering what to do next to get back to the hotel. I called the hotel and they said the next one was at least 35 minutes wait, which was unacceptable with a baby in tow. I took a cab back to the hotel and the hotel reimbursed me for the fare, but not the tip. I chose this hotel because of the easy shuttle for travelling with my baby. It was very disappointing that the driver could be so oblivious to passengers waiting at the proper location.

Poor room, staff not very professional, security for parking was non-existent, Not pleased with my stay.
