Hotel was great and we were happy to have our car parked at the hotel during our trip but we didn’t know the hotel didn’t have a shuttle to and from the airport. We had a very early morning flight for our departure and the hotel staff did call a reliable taxi which was helpful but an extra $25 each way.

Booked the more expensive Sheraton because I thought we would get better service and bed. Dropping off the car was easy and prompt. however, on the return trip we waited one hour for shuttle service and when the shuttle finally appeared after a phone call the driver refused to help us with our bags. The bed was too soft and droopy. We were awoken at 8 AM By construction on the floor above us.

Hotel was fine. The reservation from Park and Sleep hadn't been received when we arrived but the clerks were helpful and everything worked out alright.

Well-functioning arrangement with airport shuttle. The close proximity to the outside made at least our room very noisy.

Nice hotel. Over priced. We could park under cover for the 2 weeks we were gone and we liked that. We have stayed here before but it wasn't so expensive then. Probably would havepickedsomewhere else, because of the price, but every other decent hotel was booked.

The Sheraton hotel was convenient to San Francisco International Airport. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel shuttle arrived when scheduled and delivered us to the airport quickly. At the end of our trip we had a 40 minute wait for the shuttle to return us to the hotel.

Directions to the hotel were from the north not from the south. We had no idea there were TWO streets with the same name north & south of the airport. A little frustrating to begin our trip getting LOST!!!!!! Otherwise the hotel met all our expectations after we telephoned them.

Glad I printed the reservation before arriving. Sheraton 4 Points had NO record of my reservation. They were very accommodating and resolved the problem immediately. I assume this was a ParkSleepnFly error, not the Sheraton's.

Reservations were lost by hotel; we had to go through three sessions of showing proof of ParkSleepFly reservations and funds deposited before all aspects were corrected.

The staff at the Sherato was friendly, helpful and professional. Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rates were good. We enjoyed using the service and the hotel and would use it again.

Hotel was fine. They tried to charge us 10.00 per night for parking, which was to be included. Your staff got them straighten out. I believe I was charged a little more than the quote. All in all the hotel was fine. the shuttle was fine and we did get charged for one nights parking.

First time at this hotel. Chose because they had a restaurant, but the food was barely satisfactory. Had to ask for a luggage rack. Toilet paper holder wouldn't hold the roll and the smoke detector was hanging by the wire over the bed. I expected better from a place with the Sheraton name.
