This is my last stay at travelodge near SFO. It was advertised as 24 hour shuttle - that’s why I chose it. But the shuttle ended at 12:40. I took a taxi from the airport to pick up my car. The person behind the desk suggested I go somewhere else - which I will do.

This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It took over 45 minutes to get checked in. The room had no towels in it. The shower stall had been painted with latex paint. There were stains on the walls, curtains, and ceiling throughout the room. When I called the hotel after our flight was cancelled and I needed another day on parking I called about 80 times before someone answered the phone. I even called the corporate headquarters for the hotel chain and they could not get anyone to answer. On our return trip the shuttle was about 15 minutes off from the posted schedule and the first time they came through they did not stop at the hotel courtesy shuttle stop and instead we're at the parking shuttle location the next stop down. By the time I had walked down there to confirm it was the Travelodge shuttle they had started leaving and did not stop at the correct location even though we tried to wave them down. As a result we had to wait another 45 minutes for the next shuttle to come through. Horrible experience. Horrible hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Not worth the money go somewhere else. The room needs updates, bathroom doors slide. We got two rooms one bathroom door had a lock on the outside of the door other bathroom had no lock. Walls need new paintings and they have chipped pieces that need to be fixed. Rooms need fridges. Parking sucked a lot of cars not enough parking. No shuttle due to COVID

This is always a good option for driving to SFO, especially if you have an early flight. Our wait at the hotel for the shuttle was about 3 minutes and our wait at the airport was about 15 minutes. Always courteous. Nothing special about the room but who cares?

First of all, the car was outside in a big lot accessible to anyone with no security. Second, we waited an hour for the shuttle and nobody cared. The hotel room was sufficient for our needs. We knew it wouldn’t be anything special, and it wasn’t.

Room while generally clean is very outdated. Bathroom floors have deep stains on them. The shower floor needs to be replaced, deep stains and cracks. Bathroom fan was dusty and there was a coat of dirt along the ridge of the shower tile. Not acceptable. This property is in need of an upgrade. TV was not working when we arrived at the room. Fortunately a service man at the hotel was able to fix it although it took more than 30 minutes to do do. Cable wire was defective. There appeared to be a crew of at least 3 people on the property moving from room to room fixing issues with the rooms. Parking area need to be repaved. Long time at checkin. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Spartan hotel at best, and in dire need of renovation. The parking was convenient enough and the shuttle was on time. I would recommend parking there, but not necessarily staying at the hotel.

Hands down dirties hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff isn’t friendly whatsoever, and because their next to the airport and sell out every night, they feel no need to be. Don’t even bother calling the front desk, after over 30 calls, only ONE was answered. The door frame for my room was so damaged and loose, I was actually worried someone could just ram into my door and EASILY break in. The shuttle on the way to the airport was on time early in the morning, but coming home around 6pm, I waited nearly 45+ minutes for the shuttle, after seeing every other hotel shuttle come by at least twice, and overhearing the conversation from the driver and another passenger, he clearly does multiple hotel tours and added the Travelodge sign on the shuttle after “forgetting”... never again will I stay here or use their parking facility for airport service. Would have preferred the hotel across the street

A good bargain priced motel when you need long term parking when traveling. The rooms aren't fancy, but clean and adequate for a tired traveler. They offer free parking, and a shuttle to the airport. This was our main concern. There are restaurants within walking distance.

It was really just a place to crash. There was a transformer near our room that hummed very loud on our first night. It made it tough to sleep.
