The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. The closest parking area is a little tight for vehicles that are not compact, but in the future I would simply use the further parking lot.

The killer was that a license plate was stolen during our trip. There is no shuttle. Discount doesn't cover the cost.

It was clean and everything seemed to work okay but it was very very dated. Cheap, thin towels and an undersized bed (smaller than a queen), etc. We were glad for the chance to catch a little sleep after a long flight but the room reminded us of a 1980 vintage Motel 6.

There was no shuttle service. I paid a taxi to take me to the airport. The front desk was very nice and called the taxi and made arrangements for me.

Budget hotel and it shows. Worst part was the bed (time for a new mattress), which made for a rough night before a very long flight. No shuttle service to airport available.

even your questionnaire asks about shuttle satisfaction. i was dismayed and flabbergasted to see you did not have a shuttle. which was the point of my stay!!!!

I have been using the El Rancho for park and fly travel for many years. It is an older property, so I do not expect updated interiors. It is always clean and the staff is consistently professional, friendly and helpful. The $30 credit for airport transportation, barely covers a one way cost, it should be $60 for those who park for an extended time. Breakfast is not available for early travelers, so perhaps a small credit for that as well. I know why the shuttle is no longer offered and the restaurant has not returned to full service, a sign of our changing times and human resources; but I sure miss the convenience of them. I still remain a loyal customer.
