Hotel was very clean and breakfast well stocked with good choices. Loved that we could park at the hotel, leave the car for 10 days and stay at the hotel after we returned home due to a very late time arriving back to SFO.

Room was huge, the bed was super comfy, everything was clean. The parking and convenience of this park & fly could not have been simpler. You can park anywhere, no tram to take you back to your car when you return, it stays in the hotel parking lot the entire time. The shuttle to the airport was on time and convenient, we definitely will stay for park & fly again!

Everything was great at the hotel. On our way home, the shuttle was very late from their scheduled pickup time. We waited about 50 minutes.

it was great. The staff was fabulous. Our car was safety the entire time for two weeks but when we landed back in San Francisco from our trip, not knowing the airport, it was impossible to remember where the shuttle had dropped us off so we ended up taking a taxi home to hotel slept well the night we got back into town and it was very great that we didn’t have to check out till noon as we were exhausted. Overall, we were very happy with our experience.

The hotel was clean, quiet and convenient to SFO. The only problem we encountered was the limited time airport shuttle ran. We returned at 3 p.m. and had to arrange an Uber which cost an additional $50.

This is my third stay here before an early morning flight out of SFO. The staff is always nice and helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the shuttle service always on time. It is so convenient to leave my car for the duration of my trip and have had no problem with the parking or security of my vehicle while I am gone,

Room was great. The staff was very helpful and nice. Especially the person who checked us in. (sorry, I didn't remember name.) Too bad I cannot review the shuttle service because I would give the shuttle service a minus number. The shuttle didn't answer the phone and did not show up, After a long flight and a long wait, We used a RELIABLE Uber. The hotel should ditch the shuttle and just call a reliable Uber/Lyft ride. Next time I will consider that poor shuttle experience and maybe use another hotel.

Hotel experience was great but airport transportation from airport was poor. We had to wait approximately 40 minutes for ride from airport back to our hotel.
