Hotel was fine. It would be good to have the shuttle schedule on THEIR website; couldn't find it. And/OR make sure people take a photot shot on it at the registration desk. THe hotel's phone message (option #3) said you could text to get the schedule, but that didnt seem to work. The shuttle drivers were great.

The hotel was nice, much better than I expected after using ParkSleepFly years ago. The room was fairly large, clean and fairly new. There was a hot tub, something we didn't have for much of the rest of our trip, we were just too tired to use it. Breakfast was included, another thing I wasn't expecting. The only negative thing was they rarely answered their phone. I had tried to call after we made the reservation and got through once. When I tried to call several times upon our return to verify the shuttle, they answered once, put me on hold and never came back.

The hotel room was fine but they wanted to charge us $25/day for 8 days of our parking that we had already pre-paid for. We figured it out but it took time on my part and from the nice manager. But the shuttle was the worst experience. It doesn’t leave early enough in the morning for flights at 7am, so we had to pay for a taxi. Then( after advertising an “fixed every 30 minute shuttle schedule, we waited 30 minutes after our very long return flight only to find out they don’t shuttle in the afternoon… what?? Then we had to pay for another taxi back to the hotel. Will never stay at the Holiday Inn Express near SFO again for Park and Stayed

Shameless phone campaign to recruit IHG Rewards signups, using questions about our reservation as a ploy to connect with us via phone. Aircon didn't work. Our room was under an active flight path that is open until 2am.

Be warned! Shuttles are at set times and NOT when you need them. Times stop around 10a.m. and don't start up again until 5 p.m. we ended up having to pay for an Uber for the way from the airport back to the hotel. I won't use this service again.

Sure made it less stressful to park the car and sleep for our early morning flight. On our way back we had a delayed flight so missed our return night at the hotel. We were bummed to not be able to move the night. We opted to get our car on the return and stay at a hotel closer to home

The reason we chose this hotel at the time of booking the hotel 24 hour shuttle was available. We took an Uber to our departing flight. We were able to use the shuttle on our return trip. The shuttle driver was rude to passengers.

Hotel is close to the airport. Shuttle service worked well for us on the way there. Just ubered on the way back which was fine. Hotel room was super loud with stomping all night long so the sleep quality was pretty poor.

Hotel was great and perfectly what we needed before the night we flew out to Japan. Which there was an evening bar but no big deal. Morning shuttle was great but took an Uber upon our return due to the time we got back. Shuttle wasn’t running at 10:30 am. Parking was fantastic as we were in first floor garage close to the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

I wouldn’t recommend the park and fly service from the Holiday Inn Express. The shuttle is not reliable and we ended up having to get an Uber back to our car.

The stay was fine, the shuttle ride to and from the Airport was fine. My only issue is the limited number of shuttle time offerings. Every 45 minutes is not very convenient if you just missed the earlier time. Standing in the rain at SFO seeing other options coming at least every 15 minutes will factor into my next booking.
