No record of our park sleep fly arrangement when we checked in, no reservation, no record of deposit and had to pay extra tax at end despite park sleep fly having collected it already. I am waiting for hotel manager to settle bill issue.

This was the nastiest hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. the bed, towels, washcloths, curtains, etc were all dirty. We had to exchange our washcloths at the front desk and we had to get new towels bc ours had hair in them. It was flat out nasty, terrible parking, terrible location. The curtains in our room had some sort of dried up vomit on them. If we were not flying out the next morning we would have left and found another hotel. I like using your website in general bc we have used it before however the hotel wasn't worth it. We expressed our concerns to the hotel management (in person) and whom we believed to be the owner (via email). This owner gave us some sort of lame apology and that was it. I guess that is the best he could do but that was to be expected considering....We will never stay there ever again.

The hotel was nice and staff was very friendly and courteous. When I called for the shuttle I wasn't familiar with the airport which made things a bit confusing. The desk clerk we patient with me and our wait was very short

The hotel was outstanding--very clean and well-kept. The desk personnel were friendly and courteous as were the drivers to and from the airport. This is the best parksleepfly facility we have ever used. Great job and good start to our vacation.

Hotel was easy to find, though parking was a little confusing. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; shuttle driver was friendly and drove with just the right mix of caution and speed; room was excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel room and front desk were just fine. Location was a little shaky. The real issue was there was no shuttle service available when returning after my trip. It was 2 p.m., so the hour was not unusual. Trip to the airport was great and on time. The return cost me $25 in cab fare that I should not have had to pay.

Hotel was fine. I got what I paid for. The shuttle pick-up at the end of the trip was ridiculously late though. I had to call 3 times over a 90min period, and each time they told me the shuttle was a few minutes away.

We were concerned that one desk clerk advised us not to put a tag in our car, but another did. We couldn't understand how they would know not to tow our car after a few days without the tag- especially becasue they did not register any information about our car or license! I think we will look for a "gated" location in the future.
