We were delighted to find this park and stay service in Philly! Everyone was professional and courteous. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Our waiter at the restaurant was attentive and friendly, the food was well prepared and tasty after a long day. The only problem we had was the shuttle to the airport was too small for the crowd and the amount of luggage waiting for it at the hotel to go to the airport. Pick up after the flight was very prompt and worked perfectly. The whole experience made our trip so much easier!

Hotel was fine. The AC unit in the room was very loud and annoying making sleeping difficult. The restaurant was a disgrace. We arrived around 5:30-6:00 pm. Most tables and bar settings were not cleared of dishes, glasses, etc. We had to go into the city to eat dinner. We have been staying at this hotel for many flights for over 20 years. It used to be fine all around and now it seems to be going downhill.

Check in was very difficult. Clerk could not get my credit card to go through. She replied, she tried repeatedly, which did not work until another employee came to help her. I just got my bill and was charged for three rooms instead of two because she kept trying the credit card over and over. The rooms were not adequate for four travelers per room. The beds were small, and several people slept with the floor. It is now necessary for me to contact either the hotel or my credit card to get a credit for the third room I was charged for that we did not order.

Overall good. Bed was uncomfortable and room did not feel completely clean (carpet, killed a spider, etc.). Otherwise ok.
