Completely satisfied with the entire experience. Shuttle to and from the airport was quick and flawless.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. I will use this hotel every time we flight out of the Philly airport. The shuttle was one time for departure and on time for pickup. The driver dropped us right at our vehicle with our luggage. Overall an excellent experience.

The room was clean and spacious and the parking was easy. The shuttle was great and the drivers were exceptional!

Hotel was clean and the suite layout was super convenient for our party of three. Great option for parking your car and flying out of Philly. We did get late for check-in and were the last to fill the shuttle to the airport in the time slot that was most convenient for us. Just something to keep in mind. Definitely would stay there again.

Hotel is very nice. Our room was comfortable and clean. Great bedding. Breakfast in the morning was an added bonus.

This is our first time staying at Spring Hill Suites and we will definitely return! Also, our first time using Park Sleep Fly, which was a godsend! The price couldn't be beat. I was shocked to see how the price had gone up at the previous parking facility we had been using for years. We always had to drive 2 hours before arriving in Philadelphia, park, shuttle to the airport, etc. For the same money, or less, we were able to have a good night's sleep before a very long flight using ParkSleepFly! The location was perfect, the shuttle service was great and the drivers were both so helpful and friendly. Can't say enough about how happy we were with the service.

Only suggestion is to make phone number to call for pick up more apparent / easy to find. That was my only issue.

Very convenient for an early flight!

I would have given this hotel five stars if it wasn’t for the attitude of the staff when leaving in the morning. I was told by a very nice evening staff that will there would be to go items and coffee made in the morning. Therefore, we left less time to go to the airport since we will leave very early. Upon going down, before boarding the shuttle, there was nothing there. I asked the hotel staff at the front desk about the food and she said oh I was talking and I didn’t get a chance to make it. She was talking to another hotel staff, laughing and carrying on. She didn’t even say let me make it now or let me get you something, nothing. She just continue to talk, and we boarded the shuttle and went to the airport. The shuttle was on time, and the driver is very courteous and helpful. The room was nice and the process was easy. I would stay here again, but would suggest the hotel advise this evening staff of their behavior, and how to fix it in the future.
