Holiday Inn Express PHL Airport - Philadelphia International Airport

Check in was smooth and room was fine. Had to wait for the shuttle for over 45 minutes and it took 3 phone calls to reach someone. Will not use this hotel again because of this.

Very clean and comfortable room - staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This is a great way to park and be well rested for a flight if you're a few hours away. Also it was cheaper than if we were to just park in the lots near the airport.

The shuttle was late bringing us to the airport, we nearly missed out flight (yes, we were waiting early before pick up time). We had to wait long for the return shuttle that we just ended up paying for an Uber.

Great Parking. Room was clean and good for the night. The front desk staff person was very nice and helpful. My only suggestion is to update the card that is used to call the shuttle. When I called they said I needed to call another number, which I did. Just update the phone number.

Hotel - Fine for our needs Shuttle service was diabolical. There was only one bus/driver who was over-worked. Too many people not enough transport. Made worse by freezing cold temperature. No blame on the driver - he did well

Hotel was perfect for what we needed one night stay before in a clean comfortable room caught on a breakfast and parking for the trip

Exactly as expected. Shuttle wait was a bit long due to driver being provided a slightly wrong phone number.

The young man that checked us in was very helpful. I had an oil problem with my car and he helped me out. He was very personable and so sweet. Then our first room had a water leak in the bathroom and after I called down to let him know he came right up and helped us move all of our stuff to another room. Great guy!

We use ParkeepFly all the time. This is our second time in 3 months using the Holiday Inn Express for flights from Philly and will definitly keep using it. The staff is very accommodating and even moved us to make sure we could have adjoining rooms when we got there.

This hotel works p[erfetly for our overnight pre-flight stay and park plans.

Hotel was nice inside. The outside grounds had poor lighting and was not inviting or making it a safe place to park or unload. The staff was very courteous.

It was very easy to book also convenient to be able to leave my car.

The young men at the front desk were very nice and friendly.

Clean rooms. Nuce accommodations. Easy check in. Could be clearer on why the amount was different than originally quoted.

Definitely an older hotel however clean friendly and helpful staff, and a hot and cold buffet available for breakfast
