Hotel is a bit older but the rooms are large & decently furnished. The breakfast was the typical buffet but adequate. Overall, I would stay there again.

This hotel has become our favorite place to stay before flying out. There are multiple restaurants around within walking distance. It’s very clean, the staff are nice and we feel safe.

Have stayed here many times over the last 6 years. Always pleased. The hotel is showing its age a bit, but a recent remodel has brought many features in line and the price has actually gone down a bit.

The staff and hotel were great. It appeared the place was older but had been updated nicely. You could still see areas that were older, but for the most part it was updated. The room was quite spacious except for the bathroom. The free shuttle was a huge plus and worked well. Would book here again without question.

Nice hotel what I remember after staying at several other hotels in the last two weeks. We had to leave at 3 AM for an early flight. Friendly staff and quite and clean lakeside view from room.

We thought the hotel was great. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. On the downside, I’m not too comfortable with the long term parking situation. There was broken glass in the parking lot. That’s never a good sign. And of course you need to sign a waiver prior to parking. I would recommend not leaving anything of value in your car.

Nice enough. Very easy to park for the park and fly (not a remote lot like at some hotels). Shuttle was timely. One thing: despite OR law requiring mask use indoors, when I checked out about 4:30 AM, the front desk staffer was not wearing a mask nor did they put one on when I or others were nearby.

Outstanding customer service, very clean rooms, safe and light parking, great rates for park-sleep-fly. Shuttle service had very courteous staff. I highly recommend this hotel. There is no need for improvements.

The hotel, itself was very nice and comfortable. The receptionist at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful and seemed ill-informed about how the Park,Sleep,Fly option worked. The other staff we had contact with were great.
