We were so suprised to go to Studio 6, front check in gal was unpleasant, room was clean but there was no furniture in kitchinet room and there was no breakfast which was advertized they had and did not share why not. Got a ride to airport they knew when we were coming back but did not have transportation for us to get back to the hotel. We took a cab to hotel. Was not sure we would have car when we got back, felt kindna shady. Was surprised you have this place on your list....

The motel is what you'd think of when you think of bad motel. The parking garage has no clearance marking so watch out for your vehicle. The first room we were put had the smoke detector beeping because there was no battery which was removed because the room smelled like someone just smoked a pack. The beds were also nasty and missing pillow cases. We were given another room, right across the hall from the previous room where we could still hear the smoke detector. This room had more cigarette burns than I could count. One of the beds had cigarette burns and rips all over it, along with tons of hairs and stains. We ended up having to share the other bed and we slept without the covers, which was just a top sheet, in full clothing with shoes so no part of our body would touch the hair and mystery stains. The rest of the room was pretty awful as well. Throughout the night there were people yelling. The shuttle to the airport was fine, they weren't able to take us when we wanted we had to wait an extra 30 minutes, but we made it. We filled out a form when we first got to the motel for parking and for when we needed the shuttle. When we returned to the airport we called the shuttle to make sure they knew we were at the airport and then guy at the motel said he would send someone and then hung up the phone without telling me where to meet them or how long it would take. We tried calling them back 6 times, they never answered. We ended up having to take lyft back to the motel to pick up my truck. About 2 hrs later we received a call from asking where we were. When we got back to the motel and started walking down to get my truck, there were three men braking into cars. We hurried to my truck and got out of there. Overall this place was awful.

All in all we paid $112 for unsecured underground parking, no sleep and a questionably clean room. Our room was the first one from the lobby/pool entrance/breakfast area which is all tile and nothing on the walls. We arrived around 9:15 pm and had to wake at 2:30 am for our flight at 4:30am. We heard EVERYTHING all night, it echoed and was loud. 2ish hours of sleep is no fun before a short flight and long day. Room floors and furniture were updated and new, however everything else was old, dingy, dirty, chipping, etc. Soap bar, but not even little shampoo bottles? We had nothing more than the deadbolt as the section of wall and trim the chain would go on was ripped out. We called ahead for a 3:15 am shuttle. 3:10 am my husband had to call me to get left in the lobby, the guy at reception was asleep. He also forget to arrange our shuttle so we waited about 15 minutes for it to arrive. Return shuttle was easy, arrived in 10 minutes from calling.

Cigarette smoke heavy in entry and hallways. Room smoke free. Room adequate with comfortable bed. Underground parking an asset since air heavy with sooty smoke from forest fires south of Portland. Found staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle service door to door was great!

Room had a broken swing arm lock at the door, and a tv with no sound. But there was a 2nd tv in the bedroom that worked, a nifty little kitchenette. I didn't feel 100% safe, but it served it's purpose.

In the parking garage there was garbage as well as a transient. When we entered the hotel lobby there were guests that made us feel very uncomfortable. When we got to our room there were three beds instead of a king size bed. As we went to bed our socks were covered with human/animal hair :0 We wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I called the hotel multiple times after airplane arrived in Portland so we could pick up our car. We ended up having to rent a taxi at a cost of $36. We were very dissatisfied with the hotel.

An underground garage kept my car dry and safe, but the accommodations are spartan, not even a plastic cup in the bathroom. The staff is pleasant and kind, but don't expect anything but a bed and a towel, and you won't be disappointed.

We were somewhat worried when we saw the desk clerk was behind bulletproof glass. Then went assigned room with king-size bed and it was only one double bed. They did correct that and got us a new room. Then we drove our car down to the covered parking in the basement and saw a man emptying the trash on the ground and looking through it. He was also looking in one of the cars parked close by. We reported that to the desk clerk. The beds were comfortable and the shower had hot water. The Van was not available to transport us to the airport but Studio 6 paid for that. The Van was also not available when we returned and were told to take a cab back to the hotel. The desk clerk paid for that also. Nothing was "as stated" on the website but your staff did manage to make things "right" for us. Not sure I would recommend friends to this hotel and have to deal with these issues but they didn't rule out us staying there again if needed

The van had a bottle of antifreeze in the back that was leaking and got on our luggage, the hotel although trying to look nice was down right scary, the tv had bad world carved into it, the refrigerator smelled like something had died.

When we arrived there was a note on the check in window that just said “ I’ll be back” no time, nothing. We waited for 5 minutes, then found someone in laundry who was surprised no one was at the desk, and said they should be there in a few minutes. I tried to call the hotel, but the only options were front desk and direct room dial. So that did no good. We waited for 20 minutes to check in, the gal said she had to go pick up her kids, and wasn’t even apologetic or that nice. So that was super frustrating. Also had to call the hotel twice to get a shuttle ride back from the airport. No one answered the first time. Shuttle drivers were awesome though. Not sure I would stay here again to be honest!!

Hotel was fine. The shuttle never came and we had to get a cab, after spending an hour and a half trying to get a hold of the front counter. Arrived after midnight on the “day after” and they did not understand that 1 A.M. was not the previous day.

Should have read some reviews before booking this hotel, but everything worked out ok. This hotel is intimidating to walk through. Loud guests walking around with beers in paper bags, guests lightly harassing the receptionist, and people smoking on the steps outside. There is one staff member who sits behind bullet proof glass to check you in, and they are the same person who drives the airport shuttle. They have a wall of cameras that film the underground parking garage. The garage is open to the outside without any security or permits to park there. We could hear people loudly yelling in the middle of the night, from inside and outside the hotel. I don't think they locked the front doors at any time. It was pretty unsettling. In the morning, we saw an ambulance take away a young woman for who knows what –– we assumed an overdose. Despite all this, we left our truck there for a week, and no one broke into it. There was even a Porche and some other nice cars in there when we left and they were still there when we got back. The shuttle to the airport was really convenient and fast. The receptionist drove us when we were ready in a minivan. The shuttle back didn't pick us up because we couldn't get a hold of them. We tried calling a few times but no one answered the phone and there was no voicemail option.
