Country Inn and Suites went above and beyond my expectations!! I recently booked a trip to Nashville to spend time with family over the Christmas Holidays. I needed a place to get some rest the night before, leave my car and and a ride to the airport early in the morning and Country Inn & Suites was that for me and my family. The service checking in was friendly and courteous and the room was comfortable. They had an amazing breakfast in the morning before we left and the driver to the airport was attentive and respectful of our luggage. When we returned from our trip, I made a quick call to the hotel and the shuttle was there to meet us in under 15 minutes. All in all it was an enjoyable adventure with the only one drawback, I am heading back to Nashville and it appears Country Inn is not available for my stay on my next trip :(

Check in was easy. The new chef is wonderful! Best breakfast we've ever had while staying at this hotel, Shuttle driver was prompt and friendly.

This is our "go to" hotel when traveling out of PDX. Great location and spotless lobby. The beds are comfortable and this hotel is quiet. First class breakfast to get you going in the morning.

hotel was clean and very pleasant staff very nice shuttle drivers the one who brought us back was wrong driver airport gave us wrong number to but he took us to country inn anyway

I would definitely stay here again when I'm flying out. The hotel was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the customer service was outstanding. We left too early to have breakfast. The parking rate was unbeatable, and the parking lot was patrolled on a regular basis. I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle behind for over a week and all was great when I came back. The shuttle service was also top rated and on time both on the way to and from the airport.

A large property with plenty of parking. My hotel room was large, clean and well designed. Breakfast was typical for US hotels these days. I have used ParkSleepFly.com previously and will do so again.

Hotel was fine. Shuttle to the airport was great. Pick up from the airport, buyer beware. 3 phone calls and just shy of an hour wait for a Shuttle less than 2 miles from the airport. Saw Shuttles from other hotels farther away make multiple trips while we stood there. Ridiculous! Will Never stay there again. Would not recommend.
