The staff were very helpful. The room very comfortable and amazingly quiet given the location near the airport. When I arrived rather late in the evening, I called for the shuttle and it came almost immediately. I would definitely stay again.

Our hands down go to hotel to stay at when we fly out of PDX and need to leave our vehicle. Staff is always helpful, the airport shuttle team is amazing, and the onsite restaurant/bar is perfect for us.

Great place to sleep and leave car! Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Car parking was easy with easy shuttle to and from airport. Will certainly do this again.

We have stayed here several times, we always choose to stay here because we know it clean and a great place to stay, our vehicle is safe. We also like the restaurant. It has gotten a little expensive but we know the quality is good.

Radios on claimed they didn’t have our reservation for July 31. Saw that we checked out two weeks prior but didn’t see our second night reservation when we returned. Fortunately, they had a room.

My booking email clearly stated that our return “stay and sleep” was on July 29 but when we reached the hotel they had our arrival for the next day. Luckily there was a room for us. On site restaurant is nice.

Great location, off the beaten path. Amazing customer service. The shuttle service was well done. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed even more in the beautiful outdoor space. In the future, I will stay at the Radisson Hotel when needed for travel.

The reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is because the room we had on our return leg had a very strong odor. The window had been left open, I assume because of the smell, and the security lock was stuck so we could not secure the window in this ground floor room. We were offered a complimentary breakfast because of this but we were ready to leave. No other compensation was offered.

The Radisson Hotel, parking, staff and shuttle service were outstanding!! We will stay there again on our next trip out of PDX.
