Was clean and comfortable, Higher price was shown at check in, but, they corrected after I mentioned it.

The shuttle process and drivers were great and friendly but the room and front desk staff was not. The room was extremely musty and damp and the staff was so rude (evening shift ) we didn’t stay our second evening we paid for.

Room was clean and roomy - as usual -we've stayed here before as part of the park /slee/fly program). A momentary issue - no parking space due to parking lot re-surfacing that roped off half of their lot - was quickly resolved by the staff. Shuttle service to the airport was prompt and courteous.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times, it's very clean, the staff is always friendly. The shuttle drivers are always on time and the drivers are professional and friendly.

Over all no complaints other than the shuttle wait, 35 minutes, then Marriott picked us up. Drivers ED class refreshers couldn't hurt.

Hotel staff was awesome. Clean comfortable room and reasonably priced. Leave yourself plenty of time when returning. I stood at the curb for 34 minutes. My advice, call when you land not when you arrive at door 8

Very clean room. Prompt check-in and all staff were courteous. Shuttle was prompt and driver most helpful. Will definitely use again when flying out of Pittsburgh.

We always stay at the Comfort Suites when we have an early flight from PIT. The rooms are always clean, and the shuttle service is prompt. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
