The hotel was fine. I waited over an hour and a half for the shuttle. The receptionist did not contact the shuttle service on my first call. I waited an hour, called back, and she said that she had no idea where it was. When in the van, there was constant communication. When the shuttle finally arrived, the driver said that he was never told about picking me up at the airport and was free from 6:00 until 7:00. Very poor communication and service.

Place was dirty. Bathroom was gross. Floors were filthy.Took us over an hour to get picked up from airport. It was ridiculous. I will never use this hotel again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The first young man I talked to was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. The girl on the early morning shift was not as friendly. The brochure said 5:00 a.m for breakfast and I was there at 5:30. My pickup was 6:00. She did not let me in. She said it was 6:00. I said the brochure said 5:00. She said to come back at 5:50 and she would let me in. She did, but not friendly about it. The selection was poor, but enough to get me going.

The least expensive and you get what you pay for.....
The reservation was confused and I ended up paying more than the sleep park fly quoted price on my reservation. The shuttle left without me, although I reserved a spot on board. The shuttle took 45 minutes to pick me up at the airport when I returned from my trip. I had to pay additional fee to stay at the end of the trip although I paid in advance at the beginning of my trip. But my arrival was too late and I was too tired and sleepy to argue with the hotel. An Expensive lesson learned for choosing a cheaper hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel. The staff was rude. If you expect a little coffee maker and hair dryer, forget it, unless you call the front desk and go and get it. The rooms we’re musty smelling.

The guy on duty acted like we were disturbing him to check in.. All night long we had to listen to a dripping noise coming from the wall vent! Shuttle service was great!

Confirmed mold in the bathroom so that we could not use it; received distinct bug bites during brief time in bed - with lingering marks 2 weeks later. Dead bug on floor at arrival. Filthy carpet. Dirty crib loaned. Breakfast promised but not ready as early as advertised; not early enough for early departures. Stay here once. You won't repeat it with good options like LaQuinta down the road.
