Everything worked out well.

Room clean. And quiet. Shuttle came within 10 minutes. Took us directly to hotel without having to wait for more passengers. We have previously used a hotel that we waited over a hour and a half for shuttle.

Great service

It is a nice hotel. The language barrier in this hotel as others is tiresome when trying to communicate details. They had a wrong date for my stay, but I had a printed reservation that said otherwise or the situation would have been a problem and a bad way to start our vacation.

Our plane was late coming in and the shuttle was done for the night we had to take a $40 taxi to the hotel. The shuttle only runs till 12:45 our plane landed at 1:00am, so read the fine print before you book.

Good experience and price. I would recommend this hotel. It was cheaper to stay then it would have cost me to park at the airport for the number of days I was gone. It was clean and managed well.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and used the park and fly option. We will never do this again. Every time we book this, we end up waiting almost an hour just to be picked up. The hotel uses a 3rd party for transfers and have no control nor do they care. We called twice and both times were told to just wait. The driver picked up a van load and had numerous different hotels to drop off. It was just under 2 hours from the time we landed till we got 4 miles away to our car. The same woman was working the front desk when we checked in and when we picked up our car. She was somewhat rude, maybe just lacking social skills. We waited in the lobby upon arrival to cancel our next reservation later in the summer but they took forever so we left. The hotel is basic, I thought it smelled of weed and my husband thought it was mildew.

The toilet was leaking onto the bathroom room floor. The air conditioning is extremely loud.

The hotel was fine. The parking was ample and the shuttle was efficient with friendly drivers.

Since I have previously stayed at a MICROTEL is was as expected and clean.

Check in OK. They didn’t schedule shuttle to airport even though I phoned previous day. Had to wait for shuttle. Pickup went well when returning. Arrived after 10 PM. Had to clean whiskers from sink area. Faucet had hair and soap smeared on it. Tub also needed cleaning from hairs. Worried about general cleanliness of room. Breakfast to be at 7AM. They didn’t begin setup until then. We left without eating.

I and my two girl friends had the worst hotel night's sleep ever in this hotel. There was constant heaving walking back and forth with loud music playing in the room above into the late evening. The music stopped after we complained, but the pacing continued. The music began again at 3:30 am. All three of us ended up waking up at 3:30 am and staying up because of the noise. We were asked to park in the rear of the building, which I refused to do after men who were congregating and playing cards in the parkin area made catcalls. The daytime desk cleric was unsympathetic. We requested an 11 AM shuttle but were told we'd have to take an 11:15 shuttle, which did not show up until 11:28. The room was relatively clean but the breakfast area was messy to the point that we chose not to eat anything. A spilled fluid in the elevator made my sandal soles tacky and what ever it was would not come off with water.

Hotel was fine would be better if shuttle ran 24 hours. We had to get an Uber to return to our car because our flight got in late.

There is a lot of lack of communication at this hotel. We requested the shuttle at 4:15 AM for eight people. When the shuttle arrived we were told it would not fit us by the counter person. We waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to come and take us to the airport. When we arrived home we waited another hour for it to pick us up. When it arrived the driver said he was never notified that we were there. We had called the hotel three times each time the guy at the desk told us it was coming. Very bad experience

My husband and i have always stayed at the Microtel before a trip. We have never had any problem.
