This visit, as well as past visits worked out great for us. The location, accommodations, parking and transportation is perfect for us when flying out of PIT. There are ample restaurant locations nearby to catch an evening meal before we rest for the night. The parking lot is well lit. I also love the fact that I don’t have to leave my car keys with strangers, haha.

This was a very easy experience. We checked in, slept and got a shuttle to the airport. When we returned the shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes of calling The shuttle drivers were pleasant and prompt.the shuttle dropped us off at our car which was waiting right where we left it. It was a convenient and no hassle experience.

Hotel was nice. No problems there. The shuttle to the airport was a pleasant experience and the driver was entertaining but the shuttle back to the hotel was another story. We were sitting inside the doors, which we had two children that were not feeling well so we did not want them out in the cold and wind and rain or the three year old out near the vehicles driving to the airport. I don't think the driver even stopped at door 8 or one of us could have gone out. He could have at least stopped and waited one minute.

Very satisfied with everything especially the park and fly service. The only problem was we were over billed from the confirmed quote we received but called the hotel staff re that and was told I would receive a credit in my credit card for the difference.
