Hotel was much farther away from airport than expected. Hotel was an old hotel that had been remodeled, but the rooms were very small. Very small bathroom for three people to try to get ready.

The double tree hotel was great! They were extremely helpful and courteous. The shuttle service they provided was great. The room was beautiful and very clean. We had no problems with our parking our vehicle at the hotel. We will stay here again and recommend this place to everybody going in tht direction.

The hotel was very nice and we will recommend the ParkSleepFly to others, most definitely. During our stay a transformer blew at 4am, which sounded the alarms and left the hotel with no electricity. The staff were helpful during this time of tragedy. Thank you!

Excellent service both at the hotel and the shuttle service. Road construction was the only negitive and the hotel has no control over that. Will use ParkSleepFly on my next trip. Thank you for such wonderful service.

To be honest, everything was either good or excellent at the hotel until I inquired about getting my deposit back. It was petty ($10), I know -- but I should not be made to feel petty for simply asking for something I ws entitled to/I paid for (my deposit back). The Doubletree manager Tim agreed that me needing to make several calls does not make for "great service" (great response). Ultimately, I got both on the phone --- and Debbie (with PSF) told Tim (Doubletree) that he needed to read his contract. As this will require more follow up (still), I will say that there is a price one pays when a customer doesn't book directly with the hotel -- if there is a problem, each company blames the other and the customer gets caught in the middle. Neither company ends up looking good.

Excellent service, clean, comfortable room. Hotel staff is excellent as well. Love the location. My second stay there and I plan to use it again. Two thumbs up for the hotel and parking. I was a little disappointed in the advertised shuttle service. Shuttle was not available when it was supposed to be going to airport. Flight delayed when we returned and the shuttle was done running for the evening - which meant an expensive taxi ride. That needs improvement for better customer service. That is my only complaint. A little extra customer service in that area would have made for a perfect stay.

Hotel was excellent though a little tricky to find. But Westport is a little absurd. They had my reservation but when I checked out they had me as living in Yakima WA. Might have had to do with Hilton rewards Program. I was concerned that I would be charged twice but they assured me I would not be. Please note this on your records.

Everything I expected. I would return again and again. You could discount thr room rate for retirees.
