Gated parking lot is located in front and in the back of the hotel with exterior video surveillance. If you are parking long term, please head to the back parking lot. From there press the button to receive a white ticket. You may either come to the Front Desk for your parking pass before or after you park. The Front Desk will help you navigate to the appropriate parking area.
When getting picked up from the airport returning to your vehicle, you will head to Exit 16 if you flew on Southwest or International. Any other airline you will head to Exit 18. Both are outside baggage claim. Please call our hotel at (314) 426-5500 if you have any issues or questions.

It is a very clean hotel. Everyone is very polite and hospitable. We ate at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious. I will stay here again.

Hotel is like a maze with no signage. Difficult to find direction. No extras such as free breakfast, coffee or water.

The room was quite nice. There is a lot of construction going on so getting in and out is inconvenient. Room service was superb. The young woman who brought it went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and the food was very good (smashburger). The shuttle service was poor compared to any of the parking lots we’ve used and added considerable anxiety to our trip. If we do this again, we will absolutely choose a different hotel.

When leaving lot, followed instructions. Monitor said parking was void, remarked car & walked to hotel for help, not fun at 1:30 a.m. Hotel staff promptly resolved the issue.
Would love 2 comfortable chairs in a room.

Upon arrival front desk was not very informative of the no cash policy. When eating in the dining area the server was very rude to us and ignored us. When going abroad I kept getting phone calls from Hilton and they would not leave a message and when trying to call Hilton at the number was given by the Hotel no one answered. The directions that were given upon return to the shuttle at the air port was incorrect. I will not recommend anyone go to this Hotel as it is pleasing to the eye, however the service is not desirable.

The hotel was fine, but the parking shuttle left much to be desired. Our shuttle to the airport in the beginning of the trip was good. But our return trip there was no pickup shuttle. We waited for 45 minutes and no shuttle, called the hotel and was told that the shuttle was on the way. Again, no shuttle, that stopped at the hotel pickup sites that we were told by the hotel employees and the piece of paper that was given to us by the hotel when we arrived in the beginning of the trip. We waited for another 45 minutes and finally gave up, walked to the interstate and crossed 4 lanes of interstate traffic, jumped the fence and walked to our car. We were not happy with our return to our parking adventure.

Great experience—will definitely use again. Had a great meal the night of arrival. The shuttle drop off at my vehicle at 1:30 am upon my return was much appreciated after a day of delays and flight changes.

Our rooms smelled musty and moldy.
1 of our rooms actually had mold on the bathroom ceiling but we didn’t see it until we were in bed already. This was reported back to the hotel.
The hotel is dated but also has construction going on so hopefully it will be better soon.

Hotel very outdated. Everything is brown from walls to carpet feels very dingy. Bathrooms in both the rooms we stayed in were not very clean with hair all in the tub and tubs edge and hair in sink. Mirrors have handprints all over them. Ceilings in both rooms have water damage and paint is pealing and hanging off ceiling. Staff we encountered were nice. Airport shuttle coming back from airport - called the shuttle number for what seemed like an hour (called several times and it just rang until it looked back to the original loop prerecorded message) with no answer so we had to purchase a ride share. No fridge in room.
