Gated parking lot is located in front and in the back of the hotel with exterior video surveillance. If you are parking long term, please head to the back parking lot. From there press the button to receive a white ticket. You may either come to the Front Desk for your parking pass before or after you park. The Front Desk will help you navigate to the appropriate parking area. When getting picked up from the airport returning to your vehicle, you will head to Exit 16 if you flew on Southwest or International. Any other airline you will head to Exit 18. Made the start of the our week long family trip a bit easier without having to worry about parking. Our stay and shuttle to the airport was good but our return shuttle back from an International flight, we had to wait over an hour in extreme heat with barley any shade. It was horrible waiting, especially with 2 little ones.

It is a good place to stay when we are flying out of St. Louis. We did get charged a $50.00 fee when we checked in I am not sure it has gotten taken off our bill as of yet.

Our hotel was great. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The server in the restaurant could have been more friendly and prompt. Our shuttle drivers were fine; one was especially friendly and conversant.
