Safe place to park car. Hotel was ok. Did not use shuttle due to hours only being 7am- 10pm. Our flight left at 6:30am and we landed after 11pm , so was useless to us.

Hotel was ok but the smell of weed and other things was unacceptable. Halls were not the cleanest. Most park and fly hotels are 24/7 shuttle service. This hotel had 7a -10 p service. We were on the 1st flight out of town at 5a and had to call a cab. Car was fine for 15 days and no damage. When returning, the shuttle took 45 min to get to us and then drove right past the pick up area. It took another 30 min for the shuttle to get back to pick us up. Unacceptable.

You need to take into account the recovery of luggage at the airport and be more patient in waiting for the unexpected problems and wait for the customer.
The bed was very comfortable. There was no tea, only coffee. The soap was VERY tiny and the bottle of shampoo was almost empty.
In the breakfast, the eggs were very dry and didn't really taste like eggs.
The parking was very good and your prices were good.

Nice room, good facilities. Minimal difficulty with reservation , eventually cleared up. Getting return shuttle complicated. Hotel desk person did not seem to understand when we called to be picked up, resulting in multiple calls and unnecessary delay at the airport return.

La Quinta is not a premium brand but for a value traveler like us it does a very good job. The place was clean and service was good - especially the van service which is excellent, with friendly drivers. This is our second time using LaQuinta's park and fly, and we will use it on future flights out of St. Louis.

It would be helpful to post the hours that the shuttle is available so that when reserving, you are aware you may have extra expenses. I had to pay for a taxi to fly out because I needed to leave earlier than the hours the shuttle runs.

They had no record of my reservation. It took some sorting out.
Since the Shuttle Driver wasn't there the front desk called an UBER. That was very nice.
Helpful staff and Front desk at check out.
The online reservation form for Park and Fly was a bit confusing...It seemed difficult to select the "sleeping nights" for the reservation. It worked out in the end.

Hotel needed some major cleanness attention and some up dates. Look old and tired.Staff was nice. Shuttle driver was good. Return shuttle was an Uber the hotel call to come pick us up at airport.Uber was good.

This hotel was fine for a quick stay before the airport. We were not looking forward to another stay after returning so we just drove home. I didn't realize hotels still did full beds instead of queens so the beds were ridiculously small. The room was freezing when we got there so we turned air down but then it gets humid and stinks. So we left it cold. The air only cools the path between the door and air conditioner. It doesn't circulate so we were not cool in bed. We were only told to use the main entrance and our room was quite a walk down that hallway, especially with our luggage. The hotel I would probably give 3 stars, but I rated this a 2 because of additional shuttle issues both ways. The shuttle is on demand starting at 7. Our departing flight was moved up so we needed to leave sooner. We had to use uber, an additional cost when I already paid for a hotel with a shuttle. Upon returning, we called the hotel and they did not have a shuttle available. They did however call and pay for an uber for us. It worked out, but i don't think the shuttle is "on demand" considering we didnt use it either time. We wont be staying here again.

Our room was nice, the breakfast was good and it was only about 12 minutes to the airport. We thought it was only going to be a continental breakfast but they had a full hot breakfast. We didn’t know that the first shuttle to the airport started at 7 am but that was the time we needed so it worked out fine. It was nice to be able to leave the car there and prices were exceptionally reasonable. I would suggest putting in the details on your website that it includes a hot bkfst, how long it takes to get to the airport and what time shuttle service starts in the morning. We almost didn’t pick you for not knowing those things but then thought we would take a chance due to the great price.
