Great for staying before an early morning flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I took advantage of the airport shuttle. Plenty of parking. I will definitely stay again.

Generally, the hotel was quite nice. The signage in regard to ice machine availability needs to be accurate. on the 7th floor a sign indicated the location of an ice machine, but the only thing there was a soda vending machine. To acquire ice, we had to go to the 6th floor. Also, the telephone in our room was missing labels on the keys, so we had to punch several buttons before locating the key that communicated with the front desk. That could have been dangerous in an emergency. Fortunately, it was just inconvenient. Neither of these things present Holiday Inn in a favorable light. Finally, when we returned to the St. Louis Airport and called for the hotel shuttle, we were told that the shuttle driver had called in sick, but that we could get an Uber, a taxi, or a Lyft, and be reimbursed. We used a taxi since we are senior citizens who have never used Uber or Lyft. The desk clerk did pay the taxi driver, but it delayed our travel and was inconvenient. Does a Holiday Inn have only one shuttle driver when their hours of operation are 4am to midnight??? I have indicated in the Survey that we would use Park/Sleep/Fly, but maybe not the Holiday Inn.

Overall this is a great choice. We did note that there was limited parking and the lot had poor lighting. The restaurant was nice but likely understaffed which made service slow during busy times. Food and drink were very good. Staff in the restaurant, hotel and shuttle were courteous and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Love staying here for early morning flights. The hotel is great and the park & fly option is the best. We did have to Uber back to the hotel to pick up or vehicle once we returned from vacation, but that was due to the airline pushing our flight back. We returned after the shuttle stopped running at midnight.

Shuttle driver went home for the night 20 minutes earlier than he was supposed to. So on my inbound flight, I now have NO RIDE TO THE HOTEL!!! SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY A $30.00 CAB RIDE TO THE HOTEL. All for a "sorry" by the hotel.

The park and stay option is perfect for an early morning flight out of St.Louis. We were able to stay overnight, with the shuttle ready for us the next morning. Upon arrival back, a quick phone call brought the shuttle in less than 15 minutes. We will use this service again.

Upon returning from Seattle on June 14, no shuttle available. We were stranded at the airport. Hotel had no shuttle driver.

Upon return from our trip the shuttle not available due to needing service. The hotel had us Uber to the facility and reimbursed our expense. Advice when traveling - always have a back up plan.

Had received a miss call from the hotel the day before our reservation but they left no voicemail. I called back the morning of our stay and they confirmed our reservation and said they didn't know why we had been contacted the day before. We arrived at the hotel around 9pm and the clerk proceeds to ask if we were aware of their situation. Which we were not. There had been a water pipe burst throughout the hotel and none of their elevators were working. I had informed them that we had called earlier in the day and nobody had mentioned this to us. Hotel was a mess, heaters and fans everywhere, carpet torn up and wallpaper pulled up, half the walls were missing in the hallway. There was also no way for my husband and I to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs due to medical reasons. They did not have any rooms available on the lower floors they said. Neither one of the ladies at the desk were willing to help, I asked if they had anybody that could assist us taking the bags up to the 3rd floor. She did eventually call a maintenance person to assist us. We stayed here previously and did not have any issues. Room was fine and it was just for the night as our flight was going out early next day. Shuttle to the airport was good, on time, helpful and personable. When we arrived back from our trip, I contacted the hotel for a return shuttle to our car that was parked at the hotel. I was informed that they did not have a shuttle driver and we would be expected to find an uber or taxi to bring us back to our vehicle. It was a cost of $30 for a ride to our vehicle and the clerk at the front desk when we arrived back stated that if I emailed Frontdesk@HIEarthcity.com the receipt we would be reimbursed for the taxi. In an email, I sent the receipt and asked if they could explain to me how the reimbursement would work. I have not received anything back from them at all. Very disappointed with the whole situation. We have more flights scheduled through the year, which we will use parksleepfly to book our hotel, but it won't be this one again.

We received word from the hotel that a water line had burst and our accommodation had changed. The elevator was not operational and we would be required to use the stairs. They offered to cancel our reservation with no penalty and we chose that option

The Shuttle starts at 4 am and we had a 6 am departure. (We would have liked a 3:30 shuttle.) The shuttle driver didn't show up for work. The desk called a cab who had a flat tire. We were very late.
