While I have had the misfortune of staying at worse places, this one has to rank right there close. First clue... no one at the front desk, waited like 5 minutes for someone to show. The whole place had a unpleasant odor. The room was a disaster. Faucet at sink was loose..I mean you had to hold it in place to turn it on. Security lock on door was completely broken. Handle on shower control fell off while showering. AC control was a nightmare to figure out how to adjust. No USB ports available. I was very nervous about leaving my car there, after reading of break-ins at that location. Had to call for shuttle after flight.

Lobby and common areas are nice. Bed was comfortable, but room was shabby. Overall, this location was adequate.

Hotel room was very dated, and the room door handle was bent and not very secure. The hallway smelled of weed. The hotel shuttle took hour and 10 mins to pick up from airport at 10 pm. Called 3 times and each time was told few mins and hung up on. Had to load my own bags and my wife’s bags. Very disappointed with stay and will not stay there again.

We are Non-smokers. Our Reservation called for a Smoking room that I would have never asked for. We were able to get moved to a non-smoking room, but the hassle of moving our luggage was a pain. About the only thing that went right was the Airport Shuttle. Both drivers, to and from, were courteous, friendly, and on-time.

The only reason they don’t get a five star rating from me is that they don’t offer a breakfast. But they did have really good coffee and a super friendly staff from the receptionist to the shuttle driver.

Very clean, comfortable. microwave would have been nice but not a deal breaker Shuttle service was excellent. We would recommend, and will probable stay here again on our next trip.

I wanted to make my reservation directly with the hotel but no on answered the phone so went through Park and Fly. Room was good and quiet but the shower only gave out cold water. They had coffee in lobby but haven't done free breakfast in many years. We asked for the shuttle at 5:15 am, got to the lobby at 5:17 and it had left. Had to wait 30 minutes for the next one. Would have given five stars except for cold shower and shuttle leaving without us.

Terrible experience! Room was dirty, sheets were dirty and when tried to call front desk to request clean ones no one would answer! Walked down there and someone finally brought us some new sheets that we had to change ourselves. Won’t be staying here again!

I will NEVER use this hotel as a parksleepfly option again. The shuttle never arrived to pick me up. I called twice to make sure I was in the correct pickup area and was obviously lied to since there was no driver to begin with. She then left my 6 subsequent phone calls go to voicemail with no option to even leave a message. I finally got a ride from the Hilton shuttle! The reason I used this service was because I had 2 1/2 hour drive to make and an early flight to catch. I didn’t arrive home until after midnight. I should get a partial refund as the shuttle is part of the package I paid for!!!

Motel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was terrible, worst I've ever encountered. We were delivered to STL early on 10-4-21 by the owner of the shuttle service. He was on time, but gruff and not very friendly. He gave us no direction on where we'd be picked up when we returned. The shuttle driver when we returned late on 10-12-21 was terrible and in my opinion should be fired. I called as soon as we touched down and he said he'd "see what he could do". We called again once we picked up our luggage. He said he was "picking up a bunch of people, didn't we see him". Told him we were still picking up our luggage. We followed the signs to the hotel shuttle pickup area. He wasn't there. We waited +/- 1/2 hour then called again. I told him we were in the hotel shuttle pick up area by the two stop signs with the red blinking lights. We waited another +/-25 min and he called. Said he was there. Told him. we didn't see him. He grumbled that we must be at terminal one. Told him I'd seen no signs and had no idea. He asked what airline we'd arrived on. Told him American. He said we were at terminal one. We waited another +/-15 min and he showed up. He opens the back door of the van and throws in one of our bags. He then looks at me and says "well, chuck the other one up there". I couldn't believe it. I'M 66. I put it in the van and we got in. On the way back he complained about then owner. He asked if we'd been given directions on where to be picked up. Told him we had not. He made comments about did that make sense to us. In the end, we waited for over an hour for shuttle service to a motel that was listed as being 12 min from the airport. The driver was rude, made me load one of our bags. and never apologized for the wait. His actions were unacceptable.

The hotel is very out of date. The bed was super uncomfortable. The staff was nice and the shuttle service was good.

At the root the hotel was what it said it was…a hotel with long term parking cheap and close to the airport. We were just glad that our vehicle was there untouched upon arrival. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great experience with the shuttle at the airport. Needless to say we did not use the shuttle with Park Sleep. Terrifying experience with Quality Inn Airport in St Louis. Ms. Dee was sweet to us but it’s unbelievable that a hotel like that can be open to the public. The Pear Tree took great care of us and I will use them again. I drove my car and parked at airport.
