I would NEVER stay here again! The service of the hotel was horrible! There was no one ever at the front desk, the shuttle was late picking up even though I confirmed before we took off! Went to check out wanted paper copy, no one was around again! Book somewhere else!!! Do not book this hotel!!

This place is a mixed bag. Great room, shuttle got us there on time and then we returned from our trip. Called for pickup and after holding for 15 minutes got told that we were not going to get picked up and we should take an Uber! Their terms and conditions said that a regular shuttle was not running until 5 pm (It was 3 pm), but if prearranged, we could get a pickup. The general manager, Monica Coy, said that they would not pick us up in spite of us being told that we would be. This is an example of a manager not doing the job for which she is paid. If it were me, I would have gotten in my car and gotten us. It's a 7-minute drive. What a bust! Do not use this hotel!! We won't again until Ms. Coy is replaced.
