Hotel was clean. We left too early for our flight so missed hot breakfast but there was coffee and fruit aready available. đź‘Ť Got back to KC to -10 degrees but our truck started and got us home! There was hot water for tea and hot chocolate to warm us up when we got off the shuttle. đź‘Ť

The hotel was under renovations but we were placed in a remodeled room. The room was very nice. The staff were friendly and provided recommendations on where to eat. Highly recommend the Fairfield Inn.

I have used the Kansas City Airport Fairfield Inn on a couple of flights and one reason is the prompt shuttle service. My room was clean and the bed super comfy. I did not pick up my breakfast bag for my early flight departure because I don’t like bananas.

Staff were great! Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel lobby and room was clean, beds were comfortable. Some wear and tear but that’s to be expected of a frequently used hotel room.

I used my 15% coupon for the Park Sleep Fly in June, but then had to cancel my reservation as my flying plans changed. I rebooked it in July, but didn't request the same discount. All in all it worked for my travel plans and getting shuttled to airport is convenient.
