Went well. Check-in process was easy. On return they sent the shuttle as soon as I called to advise of arrival. I would definitely use the service again.

Great service. Just wish the hotel had a card with the shuttle number. We were given a phone number on a sticky note. The number was not found on the website either—just the reservation service.

Hotel very clean. Reception person very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that someone or something was dropping something on the floor of the room above us that woke up many times. Some metal or dropping something on the floor.

Our rooms were all wrong. Was told they couldn’t shuttle us as the shuttle was full. Did reimburse our parking as we had to drive and park at airport. So what is the use of booking to stay, park and fly??

Nice friendly staff. Shuttle driver was great and gave us info on where to park. Hotel room was a 4 out of 5 stars.

Room was clean and bed was nice and firm. Breakfast was sub par for a Holiday Inn Express. Bacon undercooked, eggs watery, bread was stale.

Convenient to the airport especially for our early flight. Only wish was that the desk had cards with t the hotel phone number. Staff had to write it on a sticky note.

Our reservation was changed to one king bed even though I reserved two queens because we had four adults. Manager said it was somehow changed and he found us the last room with two beds. Hotel was clean and the employees were kind.

We had a good stay. The only thing I didn’t like was having to wait for shuttle fir over an hour after flight arrived. Shuttle started after we landed

The Hotel is very clean. Comfortable bed/mattress. The bar/grill is very convenient, the quality of food is great. The shuttle is a great service to and from the airport. The parking lot is huge, plenty of parking spaces. We had stayed at another hotel near by in the past, and was referred to this bar/grill as the closest place for dinner. We were so surprised to find this hidden gem! We felt very safe at this hotel and it meets our needs perfectly. We will never stay at another hotel near the airport. Thank you Holiday Inn & staff.
