Thankful for the Ramada during the Crowdstrike ordeal. They allowed us to keep our vehicle there longer than was initially planned since we had drive back from our destination rather than fly. Thankful for their flexibility and customer service.

Room was very damp. Sheets and floors felt wet. Bathroom supplies were not in room and had to go to desk to request.

Nice area. I stay there when I fly out of MCI, the ability to leave my vehicle there is a bonus. Have stayed 3 times in the last 3 months and will continue when I need to stay pre trip or post trip and park/fly.

The room was wet and moldy smelling. The arm chair was physically wet when we sat down. The front desk staff was nice and understood when we said we didn’t feel clean or safe staying here. So we stayed at a different hotel.

We have stayed her several times & always found it to be convenient & comfortable. The room was clean & neat& it was quieter than it sometimes is. The shuttle to & from the airport is very handy & the ability to leave our car in a safe place is comforting.

The woman at the desk when i first arrived had the i dont want to deal with you sweet voice on and tried to charge me for parking even though i used this service and tried to charge me over the price listed it said i had to pay. I asked for a wakeup call that never came..... The hotel room had stains on the bed, the windows, dresser, and freezer some of which easily could have been wiped down i have pictures as proof...... There was a chunk of hairy mold in the sink.....i went down to the front desk to discuss this with them as i didnt want to be charged for it and wanted a cleaner room. I waited for an hour and a half before i went back down and they said oh we forgot about you as they were busy just talking about life. When shr went up to my room she looked at what i was talking about wiping some of the spots of with her hand she then said this room is fine theres nothing to worry about.

This hotel is outdated & needs alot of things repaired. Outside building looks okay but the hotel needs alot of work done. Room we stayed had a nasty smell, mattress had lots of stains looked like blood or kool-aid & was very uncomfortable. Lots of dust around the room, microwave not clean, no hair dryer was in the room someone must have stolen and the telephone had over 20 buttons missing off of it. I took a few pictures because it was so bad. I informed the front desk but nothing was done besides offering us a dryer from downstairs. The hotel needs alot of repairs ASAP I gave it 1 Stars because of the shuttle service. Going to airport the driver was a few minutes late but returning they pulled up right on time and when returning to hotel pulled up right by the our vehicle!!

Everything went very well. Room was nice and spacious. Gave 4 stars for room because there was not a coffee machine in the room. Had an early flight out and shuttle driver was waiting for us when we went downstairs. Staff responded promptly when called for pick up after our trip. Took about 15 minutes for shuttle because of distance from hotel and airport which was perfectly understandable. Would definitely consider and recommend this hotel on future trips.
