We had to wait for the shuttle only because it was returning to the hotel with another passenger. The driver apologized, but we did not think the wait was all that long compared to other airports. Re staff was very helpful.

clean and close to airport, even breakfast was limited at 5am but some put out for us since we had to depart before the 6am signage showed. Popular site for parking as I had to park closer up front than they wanted.

All staff were very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Days Inn Kansas City International Airport and will use again when traveling! Shuttle service starts at 3:30 a.m. which makes catching an early flight easy and worry-free. Due to my flight to Saint Croix being delayed 30 hours, I stayed an extra day; extending my reservation was easy with staff available 24/7 at the front desk. Due to the delay, I had the self-serve breakfast that first morning, which is very convenient. One suggestion is to have coffee makers in room to make coffee available for those taking early red-eye flights before the breakfast bar opens.

The hotel smelled like smoke. There was a roach scurrying around my room. Needless to say, I didn't get any sleep and I won't stay at that hotel again. The gentlemen who checked me in was rude. The lady who drove me to the airport was wonderful.

The hotel is old, dirty, and the hallway and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Thankfully we were only staying to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park and ride service was fast and convenient.

The staff was friendly. The mattress was not comfortable, otherwise the room was fine. There was no one at the desk when I called. It would be helpful to provide an additional telephone at the airport or in the online information to contact the driver if there is no one at the desk.

great service! they woke me up and drove me immediately to the airport. on my return tff he dt showed up so fast. handed me my keys and it was done SO EASY you c out kent have drawn it up better. DEFINITELY will do this again with sane hotel Days Inn- Hotel could’ve been better but service was great!

The hotel was economy at best. it was OK for just an overnight stay but on the dingy side. The vehicle for shuttle was dirty and made lots of noises. My husband said there were alot of maintainace lights on the dash board. the biggest concern was the noises the elevator made. They definitely need some maintainace done on everything. The parking lot was full of pot holes and cracks Lastly on a sunday am all breckfast was down by 9 and the coffee was terrible. I think the machine needs cleaning. I did sleep well.

The hotel elevator was filthy. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The curtain was broken. I slept awful. I would never stay at this hotel again
