The staff is friendly. The rooms were clean, but it is older, so it needs a little TLC. I will stay at the hotel again. The Park Sleep and Fly was easy to book and use. It eliminated some stress of travel.

For the PRICE and LOCATION this is a great deal! PLease note this is an older property and not a five star hotel, but for a comfortable bed and a free shuttle at 4:00 A.M. in the morning, this hotel is PERFECT. Friendly staff. We looked at other hotels and their Park, Stay, & Fly rates were almost twice the price. Also some of the other hotels did not have an early shuttle. We only had to wait 15 minutes for our return shuttle from the airport. Our car was safe in their lot for 13 days.

Guest services was very nice. Breakfast was OK. All carbs. Room was definitely ready for Reno including the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and that’s the most important part.

Friendly staff, nice room and good bed. Shuttle driver was waiting for us in lobby when went to the airport, and came immediately when we called from airport on return trip. Satisfied and would stay here again
