Hotel was great. No shuttle service available. Staff arranged taxi. Upon return, still no shuttle. Used Uber to return to vehicle.

Check in was wonderful but was told shuttle was broken. Hotel should not be listed if shuttle not operating. Had to pay high room rate plus airport parking. This hotel is not giving us any credit or returning any voice mails. Ver disappointed !

While the room was nice, our whole reason we stayed was the park sleep fly and had no notification until I asked about the shuttle to the airport and wasn’t until then they said their shuttle was in the shop and I’d have to Uber and send my receipts to the manager and I am still waiting for the refund. Poor communication on their part.

Hotel comfortable and quiet. Nice for a stay but not for parking and fly. Poor service for transportation. Hotel shuttle not running, hotel would not arrange my transportation. When I arrived at front desk, the clerk was scheduling transportation for another guest at the SAME time. She refused to schedule ours. We had to schedule and pay for our own transportation. On our return to the airport, we had to schedule and pay for our own transportation. I have not been reimbursed after multiple email. Park n fly needs to update information on their site to reflect lack of shuttle services. Our departure and arrival were within posted transportation hours, which I confirmed by phone with the hotel. They refused to pay for our morning transport because the front desk said it was outside of their regular service hours....ok...its posted on the website and i called to confirm it with the hotel. The hotel needs to work a little harder to earn your business. Parking lot is not fenced and secure for long term parking. I would select another hotel due to service.

Better off choosing a different hotel. Check-in was straightforward but had an incident about 9:30pm. My kids were in bed and I was looking at my phone when a man unlocked our door and walked in. He just said, “Sorry” and closed the door. It scared us so much my 6 year old began to cry. I tried calling the front desk but the room phone didn’t work. I got dressed and walked down to the front desk to see why somebody had access to our room. The lady at the front desk checked the computer and said, “Looks like our bartender opened the door. Let me go ask him why he went to your room.” When she came back she just said, “He was going to show somebody a room. Sorry about that.” When I got back to the room locked it every way I could and I ended up putting a chair up against the door as well. The next morning the kids wanted to swim. The indoor swimming pool was very cold. Even though it was 90 deg outside the pool area felt like 68 and the pool was probably cooler. Kids spent about 10 minutes swimming before they got too cold. Last hiccup was billing. I prepaid for my room from Priceline. I was required to give a credit card at check-in for incidentals. A day after I checked out there was a $217 charge on my credit card from Hyatt House. I called the front desk to find about why the charge. They apologized for charging my credit card for the night stay when they saw I already paid through Priceline. My card was refunded 3 days later. The only reason I gave it two stars is the facility is nice.

Hotel was nice. But very disappointed that we couldn’t use the park n fly. They did not tell us until we were checking in that the shuttle didn’t start running until 530. Our flight was at 530. Front desk just gave us a number to call for a taxi and they were booked so we weren’t able to park our car there we had to drive ourselves and pay for parking which we didn’t want to do. The whole reason we wanted to use park n fly. A discount wasn’t even offered to us. Still charged us full price and we didn’t use it.

When we arrived at the hotel to leave our car and take the shuttle to the airport, we were informed that the shuttle was not running. I called a few days before our trip to verify the shuttle hours and was not informed of this. We had to wait about half an hour to get a cab. Even though we were reimbursed for the cabs, it was inconvenient. When we got to our room after the trip, there as a bottle of a nasty looking brown liquid setting on the desk and there was a partially used bottle of conditioner in the shower and no shampoo.

Hotel staff was very nice. We had an issue with our payment from park and fly going through at the hotel and this caused a lot of stress and extra money having to be spent right before catching a flight on vacation, but the staff handled the situation great and made us feel heard and important.

The Hotel is new and the staff is friendly and nice. There is no hotel shuttle however. They used the excuse it was in the shop but available for our return. Guess what? It wasn’t available then either. We were told it was going to be in the shop for another 4 weeks. Sent our Uber and Taxi receipts to the General Manager for reimbursement but no response thus far. I really don’t believe they have a shuttle or shuttle driver so why are they listed on ParkSleepFly’s website?

The hotel itself was nice, clean easy parking. Staff was great, breakfast was good. However, shuttle service, which is a very important part of park and stay was poor. I had a 630 am shuttle scheduled to go to the airport. I let the desk know at 620 I was there and ready. Finally, at 650, after another employee came out asking if I was waiting for the shuttle the driver, who I had told I was there for the shuttle came out. When I called to make arrangements to be picked up from the airport the day before my flight was to arrive, as I was told to do, I was told I would have to make other arrangements, either taxi or an Uber, because the shuttle was not running and would not be available for a month. I was told the hotel manager would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes and I am still waiting 2 days later for that call. This hotel, knowing their shuttle is going to be out of service for a month, should either rent a van or contract with another nearby hotel for shuttle service, and not require the guests to make the different arrangements.
