I marked 3 Stars because when we checked in on the first visit at 4:00 we had to wait 2hrs for our room. The second time I would give a 5 star. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was good, the breakfast was excellent

It was a good quick stay. The hotel was fine. Breakfast was good, but a strange process with the passport. Our room had a wet paint sign still on it. The hotel was outdated but fine. The shuttle was late to leave, and upon pick up from the airport, they didn’t tell us what vehicle to look for and ended up getting in the wrong shuttle that was also titled “Hilton Nashville Airport Hotel”. We weren’t able to get our key card to work a single time when coming into the parking lot or leaving so we had to buzz the front desk, which took forever to get us in. All and all, it was a fine trip.

The hotel and restaurant were fine. The shuttle service after our trip was terrible. Getting someone to answer the hotel phone took several tries. And when we did get a hold of someone it was like it was our fault that we called for a pickup. The driver was an hour late and rude. We were parked 5 minutes from the airport and it took an hour to get our car.

Great hotel but we got in at midnight and asked the desk for a late checkout. He said he put us down but the next morning housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30.
We also had no washcloths or hand towels in the room but the desk did bring them up at 12:15am so that was good.
