I had to be at the airport at 530 a.m. there was no shuttle service until 700. Had to call Uber and that changed the address of the hotel so he couldn't find me. Didn't feel safe in the neighborhood...was kind of sketchy...

The only problem that I had was I left an Apple phone plug in my room and when I called about it, no one found it.

The stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The lack of any sort of breakfast offering, despite the hotel's site saying that they provided breakfast, was frustrating. The hotel apparently does not have a regular van to use for airport transportation. The manager took us to the airport in a seemingly personal minivan. We left our car parked where we had parked overnight, as instructed by the manager. Upon our return we found a note on the windshield from two days before saying that if we did not move the car by the nest day it would be towed. When we called for shuttle pick up back from the airport, we were told they were too busy and that we should get an Uber or a taxi--at our expense. When I complained, the manager's wife eventually came in her personal vehicle--and was very cordial with us!
