Shuttle should be available all the time for park and fly. We had to pay 50 dollars for an Ubers

Had to wait until staff got off her personal call before we could check in. Not personable at all, just gave us our room key and told us we would have a lyft in the morning. No scale to weigh your bags. Room air conditioner was leaking so the floor was wet. Took me 30 minutes to get a hold of the hotel after we got back from our flight to the shuttle. At one point she had answered and said the phone down, and I could hear her talking to other guest. The shuttle was late but no fault of the driver, he was very professional and friendly. And everything else the bed are extreme and uncomfortable.

Hotel was clean but they charged us more than what was said on receipt. People also had their cars broken into while we were there. Zero security footage because upper management will not put in surveillance on parking lot.

Departure was great, pick up was not good. Called the Hampton Inn and they stated their drivers were not available. The sent a Lift driver. The first one cancelled after 10 mins. The second was confused about pick up location but we finally connected via text to fine each other. Not our best expirence

This property is not up to Hilton standards! Old and a bit shabby. The lobby, the luggage trolleys, the breakfast area, the elevators, the hallways. All showing lots of use and abuse. There was in-room coffee but no where to plug it in without moving furniture; had to put it in the bathroom. Really nothing positive about our stay except a nice parking lot.

Front Desk personnel were friendly, shuttle driver pleasant and courteous. The best nights sleep I've had in a hotel, because the beds were very comfortable.
