Friendly staff and smooth check in. Appreciated the bar/restaurant on site. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Flights from BNA are frequent and do pass low over the hotel if excessive noise is an issue for you. Great shuttle service! Right on time the morning we left and super responsive when we returned. Parking was more than adequate.

The hotel and staff were great, the shuttle service to the airport was great, but the last two times we have used the shuttle to pick us up from the airport it has been extremely slow, we waited 45 minutes the 1st time, and 30 minutes yesterday, knowing it just takes 5 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport, this wait time is pretty disappointing, especially when your tired from a big trip.

The staff who helped us when we checked in, Dakeem, Kitsy, and Anna, were WONDERFUL! Helpful, kind, and informative. We were impressed with the hotel's and restaurant's cleanliness, so we didn't even need to go out for dinner the night before our early flight. We don't travel that often, but if we do fly out of Nashville in the future, we will definitely consider ParkSleepFly and the Cambria hotel at Nashville Airport!

Very friendly staff, easy check in and check out . Rooms clean with ability to make coffee in room.
Downstairs bar / restaurant was clean, efficient, with excellent service.
Well lighted parking lot for leaving car.

We always enjoy beginning our trip at the Cambria Hotel Nashville Airport. The accommodations are beautiful and we are able to rest the night before our flight without feeling rushed. The transfer to and from the airport is top notch and I feel very safe leaving my vehicle parked while away. I highly recommend using their services for stress free travel arrangements.

This hotel is one of the best ones I have ever stayed at. It is close to the airport and their shuttle service is fabulous. The room was extra clean and the bed was super comfy. Everything in this hotel looked brand new.

Nice modern hotel. Plenty of parking and convenient to BNA airport via shuttle. Noticed presence of security patrolling parking lot and general area. Staff very helpful and friendly

Nice hotel room- well appointed.
When you check in they give you a little piece of paper for the shuttle ride. Thought it was for getting on the shuttle when I left- Wasn't aware i needed to keep it and give to driver on my return. He was nice and let me on at the airport, but had no idea I needed to hang onto this 2” square of paper for 10 days please make this a real ticket or something - looked likd an afterthought.

The experience was great from beginning to end. The room was ready and clean upon our arrival, the shuttle arrived immediately when we wanted to leave and upon our return it was already there at the airport. The room was clean and the staff was courteous. Highly recommend.
