Horrible. People were doing drugs in and out of the hotel. Room was dirty. Horrible experience DO waist your money.

Hotel has been moderately updated. Bathroom had not been. The most disappointing thing is there was NO SHUTTLE BUS!! Front desk person (very kind and helpful) set up a taxi for our early morning ride to the airport. Guess who never showed? Morning front desk person ended up booking an Uber for us and paid out of her own pocket to get us to the airport. She promised she would get reimbursed. I had to get and pay for my own taxi back! They said they would reimburse me but how aggravating! I booked a hotel that said they had a shuttle for THAT reason. If they aren’t providing a shuttle they need to be upfront and let people know! Not leave it to the front desk people to break the news at check in then have to rely on poor taxi service. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT DECISION.

The hotel was comfortable . Very disappointed the shuttle was not running & we were not notified and had to find our own transportation to and from the airport.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The General manager was especially sweet. She took time out make my son and I Lattes before we left the hotel and she drove us herself to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel. Due to Covid-19 the restaurant was closed but that can't be helped. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Friendly service and great staff. Your hotel was the only hotel that would guarantee Over the phone customer service- that my car could stay there for a full week at no charge to me. Great shuttle service to and from the airport. Thank you.

Overall, we had a very positive experience at this hotel. The room itself was just okay, but we weren't there super long on either side of our trip. The parking facilities/neighborhood were a little sketchy, but everything turned out fine. The hotel staff was SUPERB. Tya checked us in and was there when we checked in for our second night and was amazing.

Staff was courteous, helpful, & friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was more better than the one on our actual vacation. Utilizing ParkSleepFly eliminated alot of stress. I will ALWAYS use this service when going on a trip.

New fresh clean room. Love the huge Tv. Plenty plugs for computer things. Good working AC. Shuttle service good. Didn't get to eat breakfast due to COVID.

The beds were clean and comfortable, but if you are a light sleeper you will hear airplanes flying overhead at night. One reason I chose this hotel was because it advertised a free continental breakfast, but please note that nothing was offered. This could be a side effect from Covid-19, but we were not notified at check-in and ended up leaving for the airport hungry.

Stayed during Covid but you’d never know it there. No procedures in place.Very dirty front entry glass doors/windows-staff not wearing masks. Male at front desk had Kleenex in hand wiping nose then handing hotel room key and pen to me. Hotel is under renovation and skanky. Their Shuttle van driver to airport didn’t wear mask either.

Great place to stay within a couple of miles of the airport. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We kept our vehicle at the hotel for a week using the ParkSleepFly service and felt very comfortable with the safety of the area and hotel's security measures. The shuttle service to and from the airport also worked out perfect. We would not hesitate to stay overnight again at this location.
