Hotel a little dated.

Will use again on our return.

The service was good, great breakfast. Only one complaint.....the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway to the room was really bad.

Employees very helpful and friendly. Good location

Could be a lot cleaner and in better repair, but the price/location was excellent. Breakfast and limo service was OK .

THE HOTEL WAS GREAT - THIS IS THE 2ND TIME STAYING & THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND THE ROOM WAS GREAT THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE SHUTTLE - IT SEEMED LIKE FOREVER BEFORE THEY ARRIVED TO PICK US UP ON OUR RETURN FLIGHT AND THE DRIVER WAS ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME ON THE WAY TO THE HOTEL.....WE DIDN'T CARE IF HE TALKED TO US BUT WAS IT NECESSARY TO BE ON THE PHONE ......

a basic old room in need of updating

Hotel did not have working ice machines. Said they were down because of hurricane. On return 1 week later still not working. It's been over 3 - 4 weeks .

Rooms were very dirty and use old blankets as bedspreads. Hotel needs an overhaul but the staff was very friendly and had no major issues.

Just right for an overnight. Pleasant, informative staff.

The concept of being able to park your car, get a good nights sleep and take the shuttle to the airport the next day is excellent! Takes the worry and stress away from the traveler. The hotel room has everything one needs and our room was newly renovated. I gave the review 4 instead of 5 stars because the breakfast choices were few, but the coffee was good and fresh. The front staff was extremely helpful upon our arrival. She gave us choices of restaurants in the area, and upon our return she sent the shuttle to pick us up. Our car was in perfect condition except for a few bird droppings! It was a pleasure to come home.

Hotel was clean & the staff was very friendly & helpful.......

They wanted 25.00 per person for the shuttle to the ship. We did not leave our car there for the week but they would not refund the parking price. A lot of money for a cheap hotel.

We only stayed one night and because of our flight - we came after midnight and missed the shuttle. The yellow cab charge was $40.00. The cab driver had trouble with the address that I gave him. He ended up pulling off the road and using his GPS.

Hotel was fine; they charged more for parking than other PSF places we've stayed. We checked in on 2/28, flew out on 3/1 and returned on 3/8. Normally that was always included in our stay, but they charged us 2 extra days.

Clean and comfortable

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Old, fire alarm was blasting, old drunk guys at pool, roaming the halls. Shuttle refused to pick me up, I had to pay a cab $40 to pick up my car. Staff stated the shuttle couldn't get into airport to ick me up! I was distraught after a long trip.
