Did not use hotel shuttle as we were cruising out of Miami cruise port, had a third party shuttle arranged to pick us up and bring us back.

1, The receptionist at the registration desk was friendly and helpful. 2. The room was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioner was extremely noisy. So noisy, it was hard to get a good nights sleep. 3. The complimentary breakfast was comparable to other hotels we've stayed at. 4. The shuttle TO the airport was very convenient. 5. The shuttle FROM the airport was a disaster. I made 7 calls to the front desk and we waited 1hr 15 min. before the shuttle arrived. Shuttles from the airport were advertised as "on demand", and it's only a 5-10 minute ride from the hotel. 6. There is now a billing issue. My stay has been billed twice; once a month prior to our stay, then again following our stay.

Hotel was good. Transit to FLL was good, except when returning we got wrong information from hotel operator on proper pickup point. Drive good once we found each other.
