It was a great place to stay before our cruise, hit breakfast and we were able to keep our car there while on the cruise!! Definitely do it again.

they over booked the parking lot. The staff said "you are going to have wait for spot to open or find somewhere else to go "I wait in parking lot for about 25 mins, A place open and parked in it. We then checked in and had uber to go out to eat or would have lost are park spot. We went to the airport in the AM. On the return we called asked to get picked up. Woman said 45 mins. We uber to hotel from airport. Total uber the trip was 45 dollars.. IT WAS BAD..BELOW IF I COULD PUT NO STARS I WOULD

Homewood Suites was very clean, staff was pleasant and trustworthy. I forgot my iPad in our room and they called us to let us know and held it in the office until we returned from our trip. Would highly recommend them!

The hotel was incredible but when we went to check in they said our reservation was for July NOT September even though I had all the communications showing the correct date. The hotel made us pay again for the same room and said they would work on figuring this out with ParkSleepFly. It turned out that it was the Sales Department at Homewood Suites that made the error and they refunded the double payment BUT it was after a lot of frustration and aggravation on our part! No apology from anyone either! But...the hotel is just lovely and our room was awesome!

While hotel itself was fine, pickup at 12:45AM was terrible. No traffic, really no other airport runs. Driver would not give us explanation of why it took so long. On route back we even had to stop for a train and it did not take 7 minutes even with that.

Very nice hotel, clean room and good location. The breakfast was also good. The shuttle to and from the airport was very efficiently run. We did not have to wait long for the shuttle.

I am so glad that I stumbled upon this site. What a wonderful idea. It made the night before our flight restful as we usually do not sleep the night before a flight...especial;;y when the airport is 2 hours away. This hotel was far nicer than we had expected. thanks ParksleepFly!
