Quality Inn & Suites Hollywood Boulevard Port Everglades Cruise Port Hotel - Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport

For the price of park and cruise it was good value.

Hotel itself was fine. As others have mentioned, the parking and shuttle is run by a different hotel that you have to drive to. The parking was fine. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THE SHUTTLE ON THE WAY BACK. I called when I arrived at the airport and was told it would be 45 mins. After an hour, I called back and was told another 20 mins. After another 25 mins, I called back and was told the driver was at the airport and it would be any minute. FOR ALL THEY KNOW I AM STILL STANDING AT THE AIRPORT. They never called and I watched the shuttle drive right past the pickup spot and never even try to pull over. Meanwhile the Lyft I hired got me within 20 mins (yes, holiday traffic was insane) and he called 3 times to assure me he was on the way.

The following comments in no way reflect on the quality of the hotel rooms or any lodging services, only the parking. THIS PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE LISTED ON PARKSLEEPFLY.COM!!! This Quality Inn does not offer long term parking at its location. Rather, if you book a parksleepfly package you must check in at this Quality Inn and then drive to a sister hotel about 5 miles away to park and take a shuttle to the airport. Both parking and service that location, including the shuttle service, was very good; but that was the other hotel, not Quality Inn. Long term parking and shuttle service at this Quality Inn were not good, not bad, but NON-EXISTENT!

TERRIBLE experience. Don't use Rodeway Inn either.We booked at Quality Inn. Our flight was at 7am. Found out after we got there that you could not get a shuttle till 9Am there so we had to drive to another hotel(20 minutes away)to park and get the shuttle. Coming home we were told it would be up to 45 minutes to get picked up. Waited the 45 minutes, then when we called told it would be another 15-20 or we could hire a cab or uber to get us to our car. Called again and told 8 minutes, called again and more waiting.Finally after about an hour and a half we were picked up. Don't use this place! or Rodeway Inn which is where we had to go to park!

Great experience

Hotel was old, room was renovated and clean but did not provide the long term parking that I chose it for. I booked the Quality Inn but had to drive 4 miles on 95 to get to the shuttle which was at the Rodeway Inn. This was not disclosed prior to booking on park n fly. Very disappointing.

Long term parking was NOT at this location which was unacceptable to us, so we moved. Therefore all answers below that are one-star only are because I HAD to answer even though we didn't stay there.

The room was very nice and clean. The pool was heated and very nice. The problem is the need to drive 8 miles to the Roadway Inn for long-term parking. The Roadway Inn shuttle has an unacceptably long average wait time of 45 minutes. Our shuttle arrived in about 35 minutes which, while better than average is still unacceptably long for a motel literally across the street from the airport.
