Using park sleep fly made it easy to fly out of FLL airport. The Hilton Garden Inn was undergoing renovations so it was a little confusing finding where to check in when we arrived. The staff at the desk were helpful and answered all my questions about the parking and shuttle process. The room was clean and spacious for 4 people. The shuttle to the airport was right on time. When returning to the hotel after our trip we waited 30 minutes for the shuttle, but once on it it was a quick trip back to the hotel and we packed our car and went on our way. Using this service was worth it for piece of mind on a ride to the airport and leaving our car in a safe parking lot while on our trip.

Overall very good. However, the customer service at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel does not give specific directions on where to meet the shuttle at the airport. I had to wait 50 minutes and was waiting at the incorrect pickup spot. The airport does have a pickup spot for hotel pickup but the customer service at the hotel did indicate so. Would definitely use this service again.

Checked in and was told shuttle would run every 30 mins and we told them we would be down in the middle of the night for the shuttle no one told us they change to once and hour! Waited over and hour for the shuttle to be told it wasn’t coming for at least another hour and ended up driving ourselves to the airport!

We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. The Park, Sleep, Fly package made the trip so much easier.

Hotel is very nice and conveniently located. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room itself was a bit dated, could use some freshening up but is was clean and worked just fine for what we needed.
Surprisingly the hotel restaurant was excellent! We had dinner there and were so surprised here was a chef and everything was freshly prepared. The steak was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor. Well done Hilton!

Check in went well. The tired,old window air conditioners did hamper the experience,with the noise preventing good sleep.
The restaurants(dinner) menu pricing suggested I was at the Ritz,not a garden inn.
Shuttle: Some people waited more than 2 hours for pickup. Getting the hotel to answer the phone for pickup was difficult. Instructions for where to get the shuttle added at least 1/2 mile unnecessary walking(ya turn right outside the airport doors) not left!
