Stay at the hotel was great. Location was close to the airport. The shuttle service to the airport was great. The shuttle service from the airport did not work at all. Could not contact the hotel to catch the shuttle, so we had to take a $30 cab ride back to the hotel. Notified the front desk and was told that they were there the entire time. Didn't seem to care much about our problem.

Hotel was OK. Staff was adequate, breakfast was expensive. Shuttle operator to the airport was terrific. Shuttle operator to the hotel was just as good.

Using park sleep fly made it easy to fly out of FLL airport. The Hilton Garden Inn was undergoing renovations so it was a little confusing finding where to check in when we arrived. The staff at the desk were helpful and answered all my questions about the parking and shuttle process. The room was clean and spacious for 4 people. The shuttle to the airport was right on time. When returning to the hotel after our trip we waited 30 minutes for the shuttle, but once on it it was a quick trip back to the hotel and we packed our car and went on our way. Using this service was worth it for piece of mind on a ride to the airport and leaving our car in a safe parking lot while on our trip.
