The hotel itself was fine, but the shuttle service was extremely disappointing. Their website information shows shuttle service available from 6:00 am - 10:00 pm. This information is totally wrong! When I checked in, I asked about the first shuttle in the morning and was told it would leave the hotel at 7:00 am. Since that was not early enough for my flight, the hotel staff made a reservation for me with a cab company at a cost of $25.00. The cab arrived on time and took me to Midway airport, but the extra cost was disappointing. When I returned from my trip, I called the hotel for a shuttle and was told none would be available. I then needed to take a cab again back to the hotel at a cost of $50.00. I will not stay at this hotel again! Their wrong information and the extra costs I had to pay are extremely irritating.

First time using Park Sleep and Fly, was a bit apprehensive bit so glad I did. The Hotel stay was great. We had a 6am flight, so we needed a ride to the airport at 4am. Although this is outside the normal operating hours of the shuttle, the Hotel staff accommodated us. Then upon arrival from our trip, I called the Hotel to pick us up. I called at the first opportunity off the airplane and they had a shuttle to us within 20 minutes. Amazing experience, and will definitely use the Park-Sleep-Fly perk at this hotel again.

It was pitiful. We were up half the night because people were partying in the hallways prior to our flight the next morning. Then when we landed the shuttle didn’t run for two hours after we arrived so we had to pay for an Uber to get to the hotel. I’ll never use this hotel again for anything

Our hotel room was dirty and it was loud due to a wedding going on. Had a difficult time sleeping for our early morning flight. Also, the lights did not work in our room. Had to get maintenance there and they showed us how to use, but they stopped working again.
We called for the shuttle upon our arrival to the airport and the person answering asked us "why didn't you call right when landing....?" We stated that we couldn't as we had to go through customs, etc. Then they sounded like it was an inconvenience to pick us up. They said it would be 35-40 minutes. We then decided to take a cab as we were needing to get on the road for an obligation and couldn't wait that long for a shuttle that they said runs every 20 minutes! Called front desk, advised them of that. Received a call from the shuttle driver about 35 minutes later "I'm here waiting for you, where are you?" I stated to them - "sorry, we called and said to cancel as we couldn't wait that long." They then "sighed" and HUNG up on us!! Very bad experience. PLUS we paid for Park AND FLY and ended up paying $50.00 for a CAB!!!! Will not recommend. Very unprofessional.

The shuttle going to the airport was good. On our return we were told that they don’t have a shuttle between 11 am and 5 pm! When I pushed the point, the manager finally came and picked us up. The girl at the desk could have said they would work something out at the start, but I had to get angry before she said the manager would come get us. I would check ahead of time before booking this park, sleep, fly hotel to make sure you will get a ride. The hotel is remodeling and the rooms are really nice.

Hotel will be fine once construction is completed. I was very unhappy, both hotels I reserved through PSF it was never mentioned about the major construction going on.
We were exhausted and both times were put in rooms right next door to terrible noise.
Our first hotel Shreraton Suites OHare same thing.

Hotel was great. But when it came to shuttle service ( the reason we chose this area) absolutely at a loss for how horrible. First off I understand it was thanksgiving but no where did it say I would have to take a taxi that day (35$) and then when returning they had my flight info and plane was delayed an hour but was told on phone that they had gone to pick us up and would be o mover an hour wait now cause they were with other people. If I put my flight info on check in sheet I would assume they would look to see if flights are running as scheduled ( which every other experience traveling is the case) Sadly this will keep us from returning to this particular spot

The hotel itself was fine, but over-priced for the value. Also, since I was making a ParkSleepFly reservation, I think that I should have been informed that this hotel (Holiday Inn Countryside) did not include shuttle service to the airport on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day), the day of our departure. They did arrange for a taxi for us, but at our expense.

Nice hotel, clean, and well maintained. Conveniently located near restaurants. The ride service was awesome, are return flight got back at 9 so I grabbed my checked luggage and gave the hotel a call to my surprise the driver was already there waiting. He loaded and unloaded our bags and dropped us off directly at our car.

Hotel was a good for the value. The Food at the restaurant was great. suggest the cheesecake also. Front desk was very helpful. Shuttle driver was great. The Hotel has a very large pool

It would have been 5 stars if the heater worked correctly in the room. Told Managment and she said she was sorry. Couldn’t compensate when I wrote this since I’m not back from the airport.
