Very good experience and will use this again!

Hotel was clean and comfortable and convenient to the airport

The room they initially gave us was one queen bed and a pull out when I booked a double queen bed room. The hotel staff made me show them the receipt to give me the correct room and said it showed up differently in their system…how could that be? In the morning the woman at the front desk was flat and rude. If a shuttle pulled up she would yell to me, “That’s not your shuttle!” Even though I wasn’t even moving towards the door, which was odd. She was the same woman when I came back to get my card and had the same attitude. Overall the hotel was clean and the shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful.

Didn't even get to stay at the hotel bc they had no room for us! Couldn't find our reservation and drove home tired in a storm in the middle of the night!

Very clean and quiet, even though the airport is right next door.

Waiting for a refund because they charged me twice. I called and they said it will be refunded but it’s been a week and still no refund. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The hotel is in a nice area, clean, safe, close to Midway airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your excellent service!

The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was. a king when we needed 2 queens per our reservation and they rectified it simply and quickly which we appreciated. The shuttle driver was fantastic. They all made our trip so much smoother. Thank you!

please add a note for midway airport. As of February there are 2 shuttle services for the Midway hotel center. of course when getting on the shuttle at the hotel there is no issue. however, when getting on the shuttle returning to the hotel from the airport there is 1 bus for some of the hotels and a different shuttle for the other hotels....have to read the signs on the side of the bus before you board the return shuttle at the airport.

Very clean and comfortable!

Everything was great. Directions for where to pick up the shuttle upon return could have been a little more clear, or printed on the back of the paper we kept with us. It was a different shuttle service and we had to call the hotel for them to tell us exactly where to find them. But besides that everything worked very well.

We were able to get a good nights rest before catching a shuttle for the airport the following morning. Great experience and a great way to start our vacation.
