Nice hotel convenient to Midway

Very nice hotel

We can highly recommend this hotel for travel to and from Chicago Midway. The shuttle service worked well - even though our return flight returned late at night.

Everything nice. Did not have chocolate chop cookies. Said they waiting for a "fresh batch" Had breakfast there in the restaurant for the first time. Ordered pancakes. They were brought to me not fully cooked. Will not eat there again.

This was amazing! Our first time doing ParkSleepFly and we’d definitely recommend to everybody who wants a stress free experience! We stayed before and after our flights and had our car parked in between, and it made vacation much more enjoyable! Thank you!!!

This was certainly a step saver for us! The Doubletree Hotel Midway was lovely and the employees were exceptional! Everything was perfect from the time we checked in until the time we got back from our trip! The van was very timely and picking us up at the hotel and the airport! The parking lot was very safe and we felt our car was in good hands! We love this service and will definitely use it again!

The hotel is clean and friendly staff. The hotel shuttle was great to the airport. As for the way back to the hotel from the airport, it took 45 minutes for the shuttle to get to the airport. 2 busses had arrived, but would not take me back to the Double Tree. They said we had to wait for a blue bus. It was frustrating as we had already been waiting. This is the first time that I had an issue during this experience. I have used ParkSleepFly 6 times prior and this was the worst.

I’ve stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton Midway Airport several times before my trips and have never experienced what I did this time. We arrived and they checked us into a room. When we got up to our room it smelled terribly of smoke. We went back down to the front desk and they gave us a new room. When we went to the new room the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were chunks of hair on the floor. I went back down to the front desk and they told me they would have someone clean the bathroom but would not give us another new room. Someone did come up to clean the floor. The next morning I went to use the shower in that room and there were dirty washcloths still in the shower. I find that completely unacceptable. And this was not a cheap stay either. We also had two children with us and it was an incredible inconvenience to keep going back to the front desk. And then not be able to shower in our room because we had a dirty shower! Upon return from our trip, the shuttle service was also extremely slow! Very disappointed and will not be back. I have recommended several other family members and friends to stay at this hotel before and will no longer be doing that.

This Park and Stay went very smoothly. The shuttle was on time both going to the airport and returning. The drivers were polite and cheerful. I would recommend using this service again!

Hotel was wonderful and staff was wonderful. It was was our first time staying and we would be back.

Clean, well-maintained hotel with well trained, helpful and friendly staff. Beds and linens were very comfortable. There was a handy restaurant, too, with good food (although the breakfast vouchers were a little confusing, and not mentioned when we checked in). There was a safe spot close to the hotel where our car was parked. This is a great program for resting before and after traveling (Amtrak, in our case), and less expensive than staying downtown. Great experience, would do it again in the future.

The hotel property was very modern and clean and ran professionally. We were surprised. The parking lot was easy to access.

Nice hotel. Good safety measures inside hotel. Issue with the shuttle left us at the airport for almost an hour.

When we arrived on January 12th the power had been out and the computer systems seemed to be down. I also think that the head of house keeping may have been running the front desk. She was extremely busy and did a great job trying to get rooms for everyone waiting. Our area had been under snow storms and the staff seemed minimal but worked very hard to help us check in.
