Huge disappointment for a Hampton Inn.
A/C didn’t work. Had to change room.told I would have no airport pick up as I was scheduled to arrive after 11:00. Staff made no effort to offer a solution. Very limited breakfast.

Accommodations were good and clean. Bus service was great to and from JFK. Our only issue was, when we arrived late at night and went to park, somone was in our parking spot they had held for us. We had a hotel employee come out to help but wasn’t much help at all. He wanted us just to park on the corner of the building and not in a parking spot. I asked if that was going by to be ok for 9 days and his reply was yes. There was no way we were parking a car there with busses going by, there was a lot going on there. We would have come back to a towed car. Once we forced the issue, he took pictures of the plate and was going to try and figure it out. While he was inside, my wife walked up to the car and noticed it was running woth someone on their phone. I don’t know how, he didn’t hear the car running when he was taking pictures of the plate because he was up close. My wife immediately went inside and told him they need to have him move the vehicle. The hotel until he came out and asked them to move which they did but he told him to go park in a fire lane 🤦🏼♂️ Other than the parking issue the hotel was fine, would park there again but hope we don’t have the same issue.

We only stayed one night, but it was a comfortable place to sleep pre-flight and a good place to leave our car. Ivy at the front desk was great, very organized and on top of things. Her instructions on how to get back to the hotel after our return flight were perfect. The shuttle driver was prompt and dropped us at the right place at the right time at JFK.

Was everything I hoped for. Easy service from registering my vehicles (2) to the shuttle service to and from the airport, to retrieving my cars upon our return. I would easily recommend!

Customer service was great. Ivy was exceptional at getting stuff done and also at resolving issues. Shuttle service was good, but very slow.

I had to go to two other floors to get ice because the ice machine on our floor was broken. I had to go to a different floor to find a vending machine. After putting my money in, the machine said it was out of Coke, which was the only thing I cared for in the machine. Upon booking this hotel, it said the airport shuttle ran 24/7. When we actually got to the hotel, we found out the shuttle only runs from 5:00 am until 8:00 pm. We had to take a cab to the hotel from the airport since our flight arrived at 10:30 pm, which of course we had to pay for.

Very nice staff, room was clean, shuttle ran every 39 minutes and was on time. Only negative I’m was that you have to travel from your arrival gate to Federal Circle to get the shuttle back to the hotel, it does not come to the arrival terminal(s).
