The hotel itself was fine. Upon arrival, they told me that I didn’t have a reservation. It took approximately 20 minutes for them to find it ultimately saying that someone on their end did not Transfer it from reservation to booked? Then upon my return, they told me that I owed $80 for two additional days of parking. I of course countered and they ultimately agreed that I was paid in full after showing them my receipt for $700 and change. I’ll think twice before booking with this particular hotel again. Not the end of the world, but very frustrating after long days of travel on both the front and back days of travel.

Despite the fact that the Radisson is still in the throes of renovation and construction, we had a very pleasant stay. The “Park” part of “ParkSleepFly” had to be done through valet parking because space is an issue while the main parking lot is being paved. The staff was very friendly and professional, and this is a very very busy hotel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was also efficient (and JFK Airport is also a huge construction site at the moment!). What could have been a very stressful international travel itinerary was a pleasant way to handle a big trip, especially since we were coming directly from a family wedding four hours away

We had a beautiful new room on the 11th floor but the elevator was broken… also, very strange living conditions for others on lower floors?? Wish we had some knowledge of that when arriving

The shuttle drivers were very courteous and helpful. As someone who gets anxious about transportation to and from the airport, I’m glad we went with this hotel for our vacation. Everything went so smoothly and there were no surprises.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel itself was quiet but outside noise made it hard to sleep. That is expected for a hotel in the city.
Wish the hotel restaurant had some healthy, vegan options.

excellent rondel and his supervisor were friendly,helpful. the hotel was clean and our car was safely parked there for one week . hope to return whenever we fly out of JFK !!!

Mixed. Noisy room on the highway side of the building, next to the elevator. Windows didn't seal well, hence much road noise intruded. Hotels bar and restaurant are closed due to Covid. Nothing decent walkable. We ordered into the room which was ok - no great place to sit and eat in the room. Complimentary breakfast was supposed to be starting at 6 which was great as we had an early flight. Barriers were up in front of the door at 6:15. We went in anyway. A single woman was still setting things up. We were able to get coffee and juice, but the full selections were still coming out as we departed. On the other hand, the parking bit of this worked great. Shuttle service was timely, drivers were both helpful and car pickup after our trip was a breeze. I'd use them again but would try to pick a better room.

Not the cleanest hotel.....pretty tired actually. Hot water took forever to work. Bed and pillows were a total FAIL. Shuttle Pickup at airport took almost an hour and the hotel is literally .5 miles away.

Noisy HVAC wall units. Scary carpet. Looks like multy-story bad Motel6. Barely got through the night. Came out very tired.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. OVERPRICED. LOW CLASS.

This service was extremely convenient. I feel that it was a bit overpriced but at the end of the day it made my life convenient lol and thus I paid what I did. Staff was extremely nice and shuttle was on time.
