They had no shuttle to pick us up when we returned. Told us to take a taxi. Terrible experience. Noisy room. No service help.

The rooms were very small but for the convenience of being so close to the airport it was acceptable. We checked in at 9PM and left at 5AM so we did not explore the other areas of the hotel. We did not have to wait long for the shuttle to the airport and only had a 20 minute wait coming back from the airport. I would do it again if I have an early morning flight.

It was a good experience. Good “amenities” and room features under the circumstances. The app for food was a nice option and food was better than expected.
The shuttle was there on time not only going to the airport, but also coming back.
Personnel was very honest since we booked for the highest price when we did not really need it for a night stay. They informed us and apply the right rate.

Front Desk personnel did not seem well acquainted with the whole Park Sleep Fly program. The pick up from the airport after the flight was never mentioned by the desk clerk and thought it would be in the paperwork. Since our flight arrived around 11:30 pm, I did not bother to call the hotel about transportation - just called Uber for a ride to the hotel, retrieved my vehicle and left for home.
We have used P-S-F out of Albany at least three times and everything was much better organized.

Fine basic hotel. Was not told that must take airport train to get shuttle on arrival. Why cant shuttle pic in up customers at baggage area like other shuttles? That said, shuttle driver took it upon himself to pick us up once he was told where we were. Person on desk was very helpful when told of our dilemma and contacted driver to call us and if possible pick us up. Won't use again if need to take airport train.

This hotel was a pleasant experience for us. We typically just use park and fly but since we had an early flight we would stay the night. The hotel was easy to find, friendly staff , good parking. The only issue was the trip back to our hotel. The shuttle was not well marked. There was a small sign in the window of the best western hotel shuttle. We sat and waited in front of it for about 15 minutes before we realized it was the shuttle we needed.

This was a very convenient way to fly out of JFK. The hotel is comfortable, the breakfast was nice, the transportation to the subway and airport easy to use and prompt. Althea checked us in while multi tasking with other guests to check them out promptly. We would stay again. My only complaint is there are not many options for dinner- either Chinese food or Burger King- but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Hotel front desk staff very friendly and helpful Hotel clean bed very comfortable had an allergic reaction not sure if was cleaning product smelled in hallway or soap lotion in shower morning shuttle on time packed could not reach shuttle number keep changing when pressed number for shuttle service when returned from trip had to take taxi parking garage staff great
