The room was fine and everything was clean. Very, very small, but good for one night stay before a trip. Wish that the room had a refrigerator.

Hotel was clean and served it's purpose. I was flying out of JFK so it was convenient. I did have to drop my car off at the parking lot and then walk fown the street on the sidewalk, dragging my luggage to get back to the hotel.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was nice. The only area that was lacking was that information was not given regarding how to get a shuttle back to the parking area upon return. That should be clearly explained and information provided.

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable enough for the one night we were there. The staff was kind and helpful.
There was some confusion with the shuttle and it was unclear whether or not the hotel shuttle would pick us up at the airport or if the parking facility shuttle should. We called the parking facility shuttle and with some encouragement they came to get us in the end.

Comfortable small room for a one night stay. No immediate ammenities around the hotel as it is just a room in an extremely conjested area near JFK. Unfortunately our toilet was a bit on the fritz but otherwise everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was excellent but they failed to explain how the return shuttle only ran to Federal Circle on the AirTrain stop. Upon return, it took phone calls to the parking service and the hotel to clarify their system for pick-up.

Hotel location is convenient ONLY to the airport. No food/drinks are available or nearby, except for the included breakfast.

It was awful. The room was small and dirty. The neighborhood was scary. The staff was unfriendly. The price was way too high.
The procedure for getting back to my car was terrible. We had to take several elevators and trains to get to shuttle. Driver was unfriendly and unprofessional

This is the second time we have stayed here before a flight. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The shuttle to the airport is on time, and the drivers are great. We even upgraded our room without a problem once we arrived. Will absolutely stay again.

They were completely disorganized and gave me keys to two rooms with people in them before we got to an empty room. They completely screwed up our reservation and double billed my mother and me for both rooms. They are a mess.
