Hotel was adequate. Met expectations. Shuttle service was lousy, waited 50 minutes at airport to get shuttle.

Good hotel, staff was friendly, shuttle got us to airport when needed. Rooms were clean and comfy.

The hotel itself was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service could have been better. Going to the airport from the hotel was fine since they reserved seats and had a schedule. Coming back to the hotel from the airport was not good at all. We had to wait for about 1.5 hours to get a seat. They really need to have more than one van to help when there are many people waiting. But even worse is that they have no system at all for giving passengers an order of who is fairly next to get on the shuttle. It's just chaos and it all depends on who is standing in the right spot where the shuttle stops. The driver could at least hand out some kind of a next-in-line number like at the deli or DMV. No complaints against the driver - he was overwhelmed by the chaos, too and did his best. The management needs to provide a better system.

Hotel was a bit noisy but fine for one night. Information about shuttle times was not clear. The times are arranged at the hotel’s convenience, not the guests’. You don’t know that until you’ve booked and paid. Hotel is quite far from the airport so it’s not a quick transport.

Shuttle came by and did not wait. Driver took off. Our bags were delayed and we needed to check on their status. I waved to the driver and he just kept going. I looked at my watch and it was 11:32pm and they were arriving at 11:30pm. He could have parked and waited a few minutes.

Sadly this hotel was not a good partner for your organization. The front desk staff were neither friendly or helpful upon arrival and check-in. Everyone can have a bad day but it was downhill from there. The room was ok, it was clean and comfortable but definitely not in the best shape. The shuttle drive to the airport was great however, when I returned from my trip and needed to pick up my car at the hotel is was a whole other story. I went to the appointed place to meet the shuttle and I called the hotel to let them know I was waiting. They did not give me a timeframe but assured me a shuttle was on the way. An hour and 3 additional phone calls later, the shuttle showed up. I was not waiting alone, another guest waited with me and his wait was over an hour and a half. The driver was polite but said he had just gotten the call. The staff at the hotel said they had called him earlier and had no idea where he was. There was no accountability or even an apology, just back and forth about who's fault is was. The only part of this stay that was of an acceptable service level was that there was plenty of parking at this hotel. I will not use this service at this hotel again or recommend that anyone else does.

Great way to fly and avoid the expense of airport parking. Shuttle service was prompt. We will definitely use this particular hotel again.

The motel is located in an area close to the airport and with their own shuttle, so it makes it a reliable choice to get to the airport.

The hotel wasn’t far from the airport and it was nice. I would recommend it, if I were to need to leave my vehicle again, I would do it again.

Other than the convenience that this hotel provided us to park and take a shuttle to the airport, and the friendly woman at the front desk, it was not great. The rooms smelled terribly of smoke and chemicals, it was very outdated, things falling apart and just overall not a very nice room especially for how much we paid. The shuttle drivers were not very friendly, and also they told us we could call and be picked up from the airport whenever, but that was in fact not true, and we had to wait much longer than anticipated, which is tough after 24 hours of international travel. I would not stay here again.

Carpet at bathroom doorway was torn exposing the tack strip. Called to report to front desk, apparently they were already aware of the problem. Small mud (?) smear on bathroom wall.
