Marriott hotels are great. The fact that they no longer have a shuttle should have been told Long Before the day of travel. Having to pay for an Uber both ways that should NOT have happened was SO disappointing.

Hotel discontinued airport shuttle service in the middle of our trip. No prior notification and we had to take a Lyft back to our hotel. Hotel offered a minimal amount of Marriott points for our trouble. Totally unacceptable.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the shuttle to and from the airport. They no longer have the shuttle, is very disappointing.

Hotel was great, staff was awesome, hotel seemed to be fairly new. The only down fall was our car was broken into (1 of 2 that were broken into the same night). We have a SUV and they broke out our back window and back passenger door window. The car was parked next to the hotel and well lit. Hotel has no cameras in the parking lot. Hotel staff reported the break ins to the police at about 6:30 am, they said the police didn't show up until 1:30 pm. Speaking with the folks at the Auto Glass repair shop, this happens a lot in this area. I've used this service before at a different location and had no issues, I will avoid Gateway Park in the future.

Check in was smooth, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and what you'd expect checking in. The noise level was low and the shuttle to the airport was on time.

Very comfortable hotel, many restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle to the airport was on-time and efficient. Return flight was delayed so Ubered at 4:00 a.m. Vehicle was right where we left it!

The staff and everything related to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, communication about hotel shuttle, and grab-and-go breakfast all earn the highest marks. I will absolutely use this option again for early flights with kids.

Great hotel! Very clean and modern. Tasty breakfast choices. Only complaint is that check in took extremely too long. They needed two people to accommodate the line of guests checking in.
