From the North (Wyoming) Travel South On I-25 to exit 228 - E 470. Take E -470 East towards Limon, travel SE on E 470 to Pena Blvd exit 28B. Travel West on Pena to Tower Rd. Exit 5. Take Ramp and turn left On to Tower Rd, at the traffic light. Hotel is approx. 1 mile on the left hand side. From the South (Colorado Springs) Travel north on 1-25 exit 194 - E 470 Take E-470 East to Pena Blvd exit 28B. Travel west on Pena to Tower Rd. Exit 5. Take Ramp, and turn left on Tower Rd, at the traffic light. Hotel is aprox 1 Mile on the left hand side From the East (Kansas) Travel West on I-70 to Tower Rd exit 286 Trael North on Tower Rd. Approx 4.7 miles to the Hotel on the right hand side. From the West (Grand Juction): Travel east on I-70 to Pena Blv follow sign to Airport and Pena Blvd. To the Tower Rd Exit #5. Hotel was good, walking distance to restaurants. Left our car there for 12 days with no problems. We even got a room upgrade!

Felt like an older facility desperately trying to pretend it is up to date. You need to better select hotels that are worth the $$$ when you are providing a marginally valuable service. If I hadn’t had a 5am flight I would not have used your service and next time I’ll just valet park.

Room was great for the 4 hours we used it and parking was parking, really nothing to say about that. What isn’t ok is having to take the 3am shuttle because none of their other ones had any space. If I wanted to wake 3 kids under the age of 5 up at 2:30am, I would have just stayed home and parked at the airport. Hotel lobby staff were also very rude when checking in and trying to book shuttle ride to airport. On the way back, called to see if we need to let them know when we arrived. In the same conversation the person on the phone said yes and no....

The room was nice. Good size, clean and unexpected amenities. Hotel staff were not helpful, especially on the phone. When calling to check on shuttle times we received curt, rude responses. After returning, we were not able to reach hotel staff to ensure a shuttle pick up. No one answered the phone at the front desk and it sounded as though we were being hung up on.

Americinn was a great place to stay/park/ shuttle. I booked through a third party and the young man who checked us in did not have any clue about my reservation, and wanted to charge me for parking, even though it was included in my total price. Luckily his co-worker was on it. Shuttle was on time and quick. We have waited on those DIA islands for 30 minutes in the past so I was a little nervous after a 9 hour flight that we would be waiting, but it was only minutes after we called.

I was happy with my experience at the hotel. I DID spend 1 hour waiting for the airport shuttle, however I believe this was due to a miscommunication between myself and the front desk. I thought the hotel's breakfast was quite nice.

The hotel provides the services it advertises. The breakfast was better than average. My only compliant was I did not know we had to call for shuttle service from the airport. The web site indicated a shuttle every 30 minutes, but failed to say that in off peak hours you need to contact the hotel. Our flight came in at 2:30 pm. Luckily one of the other shuttle drives advised us.

Had a good stay but my bill was all messed up since the hotel charged a different rate then the quoted rate on parksleepfly website - spoke to the manager at Americinn and he is going to fix it.

Great place to stay. The fact that knowing our car was safe and didnt have to pay extra to park at the air port was great. And not having to worry about getting in the car to fight traffic to get to the hotel. Also, our flight was delayed, and the custoner service was so amazing, they said whenever you can make in safely your room is ready.
